Loved my stay here. We were in a lakefront cabin by the pond. Loved the sound of the ducks pottering around. By night we went to the little shed next to the pond to find a few brushtailed possums nibbling on some hay. We also walked to Whalers Lookout which is a must if you're fit and able, absolutely beautiful...

Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow for 1 night. It was a lovely, warm bungalow, like a little house with a really homely feeling. There was a queen bed in 1 bedroom and 3 singles in the 2nd room, with enough room for a portacot too. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and utensils....

We picked this place for our Grand Circle Tour of Tasmania after comparing all the hotels and their reviews and we have definitely picked the right place! The 2-bedroom bungalow (The Alpine) is exactly what it looks like in their website, if not better. Pine wooded bungalow, we thought we were in Switzerland or Austria, facing the sea (although no...

Stayed with Bicheno by the bay for one night on our way from Hobart to Launceston. We booked a motel unit which is the most budget room of them as I remember they have one bedroom and two bedroom units with your choice. We were very happy with our motel unit! Love the yard they got! So much spaces for...

Can't speak highly enough about this place. We stayed in Tea Tree House, a 1 bedroom self contained unit for two nights last week. We ended up staying in each night and had two lovely meals prepared in the apartment...the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and with an aircon or heater in every room (including...

We only stayed one night but the cabin was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the owners were helpful. It was close to the blowhole and accross from the beach. Good to park your car just outside the door of the cabin especially on a cold evening.

This well established holiday village offers a variety of accommodation and is located within walking distance of all things Bicheno. Quiet, private and relaxed. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Wi-Fi was free only for the first 30mins however.

We felt a little unimpressed when we arrived given the poor attitude of the person who checked us in. Nothing like feeling like you've interrupted someones afternoon when you arrive. The room we had was nice and clean and the heater was on when we walked in. The bathroom extractor fan did nothing. We found that after showering, the room...

We stayed in 'Suncoast' cabin which overlooked the water. It was much more spacious than we envisaged from the pictures. There was a reverse cycle split system air conditioner which had been set for our arrival so the cabin was nice and warm. There was an additional heater in the bedroom plus electric blanket and also a heater in the...

We had the 2 Bedroom Alpine lodge right across from the water. Noisy penguins and possums right outside really made if fell like you were in the middle of nature. Heating was already on when we arrived which is such a nice touch. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Good selection...
