We arrived at night not really knowing what to expect but were so wonderfully surprised at this amazingly restored beauty. This place far exceeded our expectations in every single aspect - beautiful, spacious, pristine rooms, friendly hosts, superb breakfast and ideal location! We will without a doubt be back to stay!! I have told all my friends about this place!...

An excellent place with wonderful hosts. Visited as part of a motorcycle tour and had a great stay. Excellent room with great facilities. Check out the home theatre with a great DVD collection. Breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility.

It doesn’t get any better than this. B&B is a brilliantly restored historic building, with every comfort, even a movie theater room with a host of DVDs. Comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast, including homemade jams. Off-street parking at the back. And an owner who really cares. Highly recommended.

My second excellent rating in over a year but there is just nothing to criticise about Bluestone. Historic building brilliantly restored, charming hosts, extremely comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast. This place has it all. Remember that you have to drive around the back to gain access.

This is awesome accommodation and a credit to the owners who did the conversion. Not only is this an historic building but inside it’s a palace with top quality fittings and construction. I could not fault it. Unlike some B and B’s the rooms were soundproof. We were a little hesitant regarding the tariff but ended up staying a second...

We stayed one night in room1. Had a wonderful ensuite with a luxurious deep bath. Everything in excellent, and clean presentation. Used the movie theatre room - a pleasant surprise. This is the place to stay. Owners Helen & Ron have created a serene and beautiful establishment. Breakfast complimented with Helens homemade jams, and preserved fruits. Whole experience was A1.

Hosts Helen and Ron have spent many hours creating this gem of a B&B in Deloraine. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. The heritage building has been lovingly restored by Ron and Helen, and the result is nothing short of spectacular. They have kept the traditional feel, while gently bringing a modern influence to...

This is a little gem that we found late one afternoon, we wished we could stay for longer. Beautifully restored 1850 grain store lovingly outfitted by owners. It is graceful, comfortable with its own movie room. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable & hosts delightful. The breakfast was delicious. Would stay again.

We found the Bluestone Grain Store in Deloraine a great place to stay for a few days while exploring the Great Western Tiers area in North Western Tasmania. Helen and Ron are terrific hosts. They have a fund of local knowledge which made getting the most out of our short stay in Deloraine very easy. Their breakfasts are a real...

“Choices of rooms include Twin King Singles, Queen Size and King Size, plus a single bed or cot can be made available where required. All rooms are spacious and have nice garden views. The Bluestone Grain Store is located in a quiet street and I would be surprised if guests were troubled by outside noise.”
