We stayed in one of the cabins with beach access. They are old and poorly maintained. The whole hotel and surrounding cabins are in desperate need of upgrades. The jumping pillow was deflated, the kids playground is very worn and tired looking, the spa and pool are overdue for refurb,the fence to the spa is loose and probably wouldn't pass a compliance check,the shower head is so low it's really awkward to use, mould on the curtains, a curtain that doesn't fit the length of the window. Curtains kept falling down from the rods during the night. When go there lifted the mattress to make the bunk bed and there was a dirty sock there. Obviously no deep cleans happening. On the plus side it's really great having access to the beach and quickly walking around town.

Great location. Loved the secret gate to the beach. Easy walk to the main street. Very clean rooms and a great shower. Easy parking at your motel room. Very well priced compared to many others on the island.

For two adults, the Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good natural light. The shower was too small, smaller than standard. The TV should be bigger given the distance from the bed. Car park spaces too narrow. Combined with majority of people driving large SUVs, it increases the likelihood of dents and scratches. Would not revisit unfortunately only due to the too narrow car spaces.

I arrived with my family on Thursday, and I was really disappointed with the room. The room was dirty with net spiders and the bed was discomfort. The blanket was smelly, and the bathroom floor was slippery. Additionally, I mentioned all issues to the manager, but she said I could call her when I find spiders or something to clean. I booked to stay 2 nights, but we decided to leave 6:30am in day one (Friday). I could not stay with my family in a hotel in this condition. It is so disappointing. I send a message and I receive an automatic message back. It is so disrespectful how we have a complain and the hotel decides to not hear it.

We visited this park over the Aus Day weekend with 2 other families. We took our caravan while the others decided to stay in their tents. We have never stayed here before but it had such a cruisy, quiet vibe that made you feel super comfortable. The pool was fantastic for the kids (aged between 5 and 13), the amenities were large and super clean, beach access was wicked and it was an extremely quick and easy walk to the main st action. We only found 2 downsides which weren't deal breakers to us returning: 1) No dump point for emptying caravan toilets 2) The caravan sites were on the small side - our van is 21ft with a side slider and once set up with the awning out, the vans were quite close together. It also had very little room to park the cars on the site so most cars were parked out on the street. We would not hesitate to book in and stay here again, we had a great time!!…

Great for families. The pool is excellent and location is close to everything in Cowes. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and also dining in local Cowes. We also enjoyed private beach access very close to the beach. Be warened - the pool is adictive, we had trouble getting the kids out of it!

Stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin, close exit to the beach, great accomodation, fantastic neat tidy facilities. Reception staff very easy to deal with. Resort is in a fantastic spot. Waking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops. Thoroughly recommend

We loved our visit to Kaloha, our daughter loved the pool and jumping pillow ad we loved our morning and evening beach walks and how close it was to town. The room was nice and clean and we appreciated the bbqs. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Excellent service from Wendy! We were staying in San Remo but had stayed at Kaloha before and loved it. We wanted to stay an extra day close to beach and Cowes and so went to Kaloha to see if possible. Wendy helped us for an extra night. Her service was wonderful! We stayed on the ground floor in the spa room (queen & single bed) and it had all the amenities we needed and was very clean & bright. The location is great! We walked to Cowes in under 10 min. The beach was a 3 minute walk from our room ... Love the palm trees also :)

Very close to Cowes jetty, public transport and the beach. Awesome facilities and amenities. The hot spa and pool are good. Been here for 3 nights and 4 days, affordable stay, quiet and pleasant. Will definitely come back.
