Lucky the grounds and activities were so great because we defiantly didn't want to be in the room. In desperate need of a renovation fix up. Staff were lovely. Pool is open late which the kids loved. Wish I'd brought my cleaning stuff to fix up the room

While the foundations are there and the staff are professional. Management need to attend to a lot of maintenance issues. The carpet in our room was frayed worn through and there were holes in the wall where some pictures had been removed. The room itself was very hot, even without the heating. The bed also was very hot. The whole...

We enjoyed the apartment with a prime position looking through the trees to the waves on the beach. We spent our afternoon on the balcony taking in the view with a couple of drinks. It was also lovely eating a full breakfast on the terrace in the sun the next morning.

We loved the view and sound of the ocean at night. It's a perfect place for an escape from the noise and clatter of our normal lives. Easy access to the beach and shops. This was out third visit and we will certainly be back for more.

We stopped along the great ocean road, en route to Melbourne. We hadn't booked accommodation in advance as we weren't sure where we would stop. We called and were greeted by a very polite gentleman who invited us to come and look at the property prior to committing. Once we arrived, we knew this would be a lovely place to...

My Husband and I came to have a one night getaway to Lorne. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mantra, it's in a great location, and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in a resort room which was very spacious. Though I do prefer to have a proper King size bed, rather than two King singles...

fabulous stay, bathroom and room on heritage rooms very good, although booking sight needs to mention that you need to go up 1-2 flights of stairs for these rooms, not so good for elderly people, or people with walking difficulties. food excellent

If it wasn't for the location found it very disappointing, very tired and staff seem very disorganised. Although food provide for breakfast is good enough it's a bit like being in a 'cafe' and not a good one. Recommend you walk across the road for a decent meal and coffee.

The room was below what I was expecting. The resort buildings are very old and tired. It's in need of maintenance - some window shutters broken and needed painting; one bed okay the other uncomfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. The tennis courts were great and the quad bikes were the highlight for my two boys. The location is excellent with easy...

We stayed in a beach view apartment. The first room we had we couldn't see the ocean unless standing up as the balcony was situated in the roof line. We rang reception just to see if there was another room available and they were exceptionally helpful, sending a staff member directly over to show us a different room. This room...
