Julie was fantastic, very helpful with everything. Our 3 young children had a great time, safe for them to play all around the park, playground, animals and a short into town. Cabin was perfect for our stay. Will return again!

Once again we returned to Pelican Waters as we have stayed quite a few times now. The host Julie goes out of her way to help in any way if need be. The cabins are very, very clean, comfortable beds & very well equiped. The surroundings are very well kept with play areas for children. You can watch the alpacas,...

We have just spent a weekend at this accommodation, it was everything we wanted it to be ,lovely relaxed area surrounded with alpaca's and ponies spotless grounds, very clean accommodation with everything you should need, and the most friendly accommodating staff. You would need a car if you were to go to the beach but for the town and the...

Our first visit to Pelican Waters was 13 years ago with 3 year old twin boys and a 5 year old girl. Our host Julie was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and forgiving!! That first year our boys broke a few things, went missing on the huge site and generally made mischief. But nothing phased Julie. Our kids loved her and...

I heard about this place from the very informative and helpful staff at the Port Fairy Information centre. I'm always on the lookout for accommodation that's a little bit different and this fitted the bill nicely. Received a nice greeting from Julie, one of the owners and we liked Port Fairy so much we stayed two nights in a converted...

I love Port Fairy, especially off season, the weather can be harsh, out of 5 days 2 were wet and windy, but a scence of adventure --coupled with a good raincoat, you can still enjoy the many lovely spots. Pelican Water's cabin was a clean, comfy place to come home to ,just off the bike track,a farm atmosphere with some lamas,...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit - completely spotless with nice touches (heated mattress pads, milk in fridge etc.). The location is great and both Julie and Tenille were lovely to deal with. Very relaxed from start to finish. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Our cabin no. 2 had a living with television and DVD-player and a kitchen with oven, microwave, water boiler, iron, ironing board and fridge. Everything you need for a longer stay. For all seasons, the split air conditioning unit cools and heats the cabin. All rooms have ceiling fans and the beds have electric blankets. Also an indoor veranda with...

S38°22.715 S142°14.151 unfortunately the old-school Melbourne suburban MET train was already fully booked, but after a first look, the well-equipped cabins were no second choice. Pelican Waters offers nine cabins and a unit. Our cabin 2 in December 2015 had a large kitchen with oven, microwave, water boiler, iron, ironing board and fridge. Everything you need for a long stay....

“This "holiday park" has a couple of different sizes of cabins, two train cars and additional available housing. It would be a perfect place for families with children as there are animals all around, playground type toys and lots of room to play. There is a very cute shared barbecue area as well.”
