Booked in for one night in a queen bedded room(6) but at the owners suggestion upgraded to a triple room (8) due to a potential head height issue when walking around the bed to go to ensuite. Both these rooms along with some others (5-9 inclusive?) are at the rear of the main house amongst the beautiful gardens with seating...

Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and jetty, and 3 minutes from shops, yet the gardens help you feel almost in the country. Smallish, cosy bedroom with no chairs, but we sat in the lounge on a couple of nights and enjoyed books, jigsaw puzzles and some yummy homemade fruitcake.

Randomly found this place to stay for a night because those at margaret river are too expensive. Turned out to be a real gem! Room was comfy and clean. The place has been hosting guests since 1960s but very well maintained. Breakfast was a good spread of bread and cereals. Owners are a very friendly old couple.

Such a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. A home with much character and several rooms with private facilities and comfortable (to die for) beds. The breakfast is excellent for a B And B. Additional foods can requested and added at a minimal cost. The facilities and location are ideal. Wifi is first class. 24/7 service. We were made to...

I stayed here overnight and found the experience to be good enough for me as a one night buisness, too tired to drive, pitt stop. I felt safe in the room and had a good breakfast with gluten free options. I was offered a cooked breakfast but declined as I had more than enough to eat with the buffet on...

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights. We caught public transport from Perth so this was the perfect place to stay to walk everywhere locally. The guest house is close to everything in the town. Our room number 7 was smaller than expected. There is no fridge or TV. There is a fridge on the veranda and a communal...

This is an older style bed and breakfast, fine for what I wanted - just a place to sleep while attending a wedding, and very clean. I had a twin room that was quite small although it was fine as I was travelling alone. My only problem was being an older style home it has very thin walls and the...

The rooms were clean and cosy with a communal sitting room for TV. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereals and fruits. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and pier, and only a couple of streets away from main street for restaurants, ATM etc. We extended our stay for a day rather than move on.

We booked this accomodation for 2 nights over a month ago. Just before arriving in Busselton my husband received a text from the owner saying they wouldn't be in until 2.00pm, not a problem but as we arrived at 1.45pm we decided to try our luck & yes the office was attended. We entered, introduced ourselves & were greeted with...

I needed to go to Busselton for just the one night. The Jacaranda owner is a lovely lady and very accommodating. The room was smallish but spotless. Comfortable queen size bed; tea/coffee facilities; good storage; small TV; bedside table with drawers and lights; and clean and good sized ensuite. A continental breakfast was included and the range on offer was...
