Poor overall experience. The room was opposite the VERY BUSY and VERY NOISY Bussell Highway - hardly a “relaxing” getaway with the constant hum of cars and cars screeching to exit turns nearby. The room itself was fine albeit dared very 1990s in Style. The promised “outdoor patio” does not exist. The fridge is really noisy. The furniture was worn with flecks coming off. The switches weren’t properly santized per COVID protocols the resort says it does. The bathroom was dirty with clear smear marks, fungus / mould growth. There are various chips and stains across the walls etc. avoid this property at all costs.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in the kitchenette. The location was good, outside of Bussleton but an easy drive to the jetty and to a big Coles in Vasse. Also right on the beach. No restaurant on site but we went twice to the Atrium restaurant at the resort next door. The only problem was the noise from the adjoining unit. There was a connecting door which although closed, let all the noise through. Not that the neighbours were noisy, we could just hear everything from conversation, TV, even cans of drink being opened. So if this would annoy you, look elsewhere.

Love staying at Bayview Geographe Resort, it is the loveliest spot on the beach and the rooms are great, clean and the resort is always kept clean, lovely to walk around the grounds, and go to the beach at back of resort, it is truly beautiful spot. The Unit itself is fantastic, the beds are comfy and shower is good. We love it and always stay when on vacay or business to see our Customers. My partner and his 30 golf buddies stay here now on a regularly now, when they do their golf trip for the year, they stay a week, and love it, they can all see other and hang out under their verandahs at their units, or have ajoining rooms, it is very social place to stay with a family or group, and great for romantic couples as well, pool is awesome too. Once again reception was brilliant, welcoming and professional. When we got the room which was brilliant, we were left a letter accompanied with nice bottle of wine. Can't fault the place . Right on the beach. Nice grounds and swimming pool. Great off peak price too .

Our studio chalet was spacious and quiet. We liked the fact that cars were parked away from the chalets. The gardens are lovely, mainly natural which were easy to walk through. Love the location so close to the ocean and walking/cycling path. However it seems that the fit out of the chalet was done on the cheap. Basic crockery and cutlery, 1 tea towel, cheap and noisy kettle. There was no small knife suitable far cutting fruit and vegetables. We expected better quality for the price!

Absolutely fantastic accomodation, perfect for our family Christmas. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and spacious. The location was great and the facilities very adequate. Five days just wasn’t enough. The only negative was the internet, it wasn’t even possible to read our digital newspaper or make use of the smart TV’s.

A nice & quick overnight stay at Bayview Geographer Resort to attend a wedding during school holiday. We booked an Executive Villa with a King bed & it was a pleasant stay. The Checkin was quick, with just enough separation between each unit to give it a cosy and holiday ambience. The aircon unit is quite dated but efficient enough to heat up during the chilly evening, while the bathroom is basic but clean. . As with other reviews, the complimentary wifi was almost non usable due to congestion most of the time we tried to use it, so we had to resort to personal hotspot on mobiles with sporadic reception. We are hopeful this will improve once the upgrade is completed. Parking wise: while they have allocated parking for each chalet or Villa, we found there were times when we had to park further away during peak times because there were more cars parked around our units. Location wise, a big plus is how close the resort is to the beach. It was literally a few minutes walk from the resort to the beautiful Georgraphe bay. Tip 1 : it’s worth requesting for late check out with different customer service staff at different times as we were told a day before by a staff that no late check out was available due to peak season, but another staff was kind enough to offer us a late check out at 11am on the morning of our departure. That extra 1 hr is so appreciative when you have a young family Tip 2 : The indoor swimming pool is worth a visit because the glass walls act like a greenhouse & warm up the interior despite the windy & slightly chilly weather outside Tip 3 : a nice feature to include washing machine in each unit, and also in the laundry hut next to the swimming pool, for those sandy and soiled laundry Overall a pleasant overnight stay…

Like staying at a Morgue This is a quality property but the management are way off track The rooms are like staying in a morgue stark white clinical not a print or a painting anywhere When you have a pool and a tennis court you should also have a coffee shop and a restaurant the nearest food is at a pub not so nearby Until they address their issues (it’s like they are in a Covid time warp I would not recommend a stay

Our interior décor is with the concept of shabby chic beachy feel with clean minimalistic look and has been quite well received. Like many restaurants in the region, our restaurant was one of the victim of acute staff shortage which we are still experiencing in the region. Nonetheless, we do hope to introduce some food and beverage options to our guests soon. There are quite many good restaurants and bars which are around the resort, some of which are walking distance.
