Had really looked forward to stay at this place, had heard lots of good things. It started off good with a lovely guy at the reception, the evening dinner was really superb, the walk around the lake hard but great. The rooms though are very run down, the fly screen door broken, the balcony a bit grubby with bird poo...

From our lakeside room our view across the lake to the beautiful treed Forrest was amazing. The walk to the falls was energising and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Escape the phone and emails for a truly relaxing stay This place has it all! (Except WiFi!)😊

This place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful surroundings, lovely chalets and friendly staff. Lots of activities for the children during school holidays. Best of all there was not any mobile phone service, wifi or television! A place to really relax and switch off.

We had a very lovely stay in a lakeside room. The view over the lake is incredibly beautiful. You get a little portion of seeds to feed the birds so there were a lot of parrots coming on our balcony. The staff at reception was sooo friendly! The restaurant was good.

The location carries this place. Activities, scenery & nature around the lake are superb, particularly for families. We stayed in a couple of chalets with lake views and found that they were quite dated, not up to a 'resort' standard or the rates charged. However, if you come forewarned on what to expect & plan ahead a little with family...

We stayed four nights, two adults and two teenage boys. Our cabin overlooked the lake, in the tall trees. Parrots (28s) visited our balcony to eat the seed from our hands most nights. The cabin was big, high ceilings, refurbished kitchen/bathroom. My husband fished from the lake every night (didn't catch any but enjoyed himself anyway). We canoed, did archery, fed...

We last stayed at the Karri Valley Resort in one of the Chalets in 2003. We enjoyed the visit immensely - which is why we rebooked for a second time on our return from the East Coast to the beautiful SW region of WA. We booked 3 nights and stayed in one of the lakeside rooms. Again the positives did...

We've just returned from 3 nights at Karri Valley resort. We stayed in a 2 bed chalet, a few rows back from the lake. Kids (age 10 & 6) had a ball with the activities on offer (archery, bikes, mini golf, canoes), very good value $20 for a family pass valid for all of the activities for 24hrs. However plenty...
