Superbly situated in a beautiful pocket of forest, surrounded by Kari trees, winding creek and abundant birdlife. There were more ablution facilities than other caravan parks we have stayed at and they were spotlessly maintained. The sites were spacious, and we loved having just a short stroll to the free Pemberton Pool. What a bonus on a hot day. There is a campers kitchen, and its an easy walk (for the unfit - its uphill) through to the main street for bakeries, coffee shops and eateries as well as a supermarket and the Pemberton Tram. There are wineries & galleries a few kms away and the spectacular Big Brook Dam is approx a 10 min drive. We look forward to staying here again.

This is our second stay here. Older park with older ablution blocks. Nice bush setting near a nice stream. Plenty of birds and ducks around and they are all friendly. Walking distance to town. My only criticism is that vehicles should travel a lot slower with children around. It’s not a speed track people. And some time in the very near future they should fence the oval for safety of little kids playing.

First time going to Pemberton and would definately stay at this park again. The owners are so helpful, brilliant fire pits and so many site options. The kids enjoyed exploring the bush on foot and bike:all without me not having to move from the fire! Gorgeous hot showers and a good, large camp kitchen. Plenty of free space to play ball games for those that don't cycle. The town centre is in walking distance including IGA and the pub. Also many touristy options which are not to far away. The heritage Park and museums in Manjimup are a must, especially if you have children.

I booked and paid for a 2 night stay for me and my dog. We were staying in my vehicle on an unpowered site. I stayed at the park before and had enjoyed it. As a repeat guest I expected the same again. But I was wrong.

Our first night was peaceful but in the afternoon on the second day, the park manager booked 3 motorcyclists into the site immediately next to mine. I have a well behaved dog, but of course he reacted to the loud noise of the bikes.

It was clearly an untenable situation, so I was forced to leave the park because the manager had made a big mistake. He knew I had a dog but obviously didn’t care.

I requested a refund for my second day, but the park owner refused, by citing their T&C’s that state “No refunds under any circumstances”. So, please be aware that this park has unfair customer relations and a “no refund” policy, even when their own staff are to blame. 🥲

We prebooked a caravan site on the phone, discussed sites avaialble, got recommendations, selected one, changed our holiday dates to fit availability of the site and paid 6 nights up front.Guess what ? Got there and was allocated another site, small, dusty and next to the fence and pump hill road, we could spit on the neighbour. The explanation ? Sorry we had to fit in a 30 van caravan club, so bad luck. No compensation offerred, they had our money.Looks like being full discounts good service. In addition the no 1 ablutions for men stank, the urinal wasnt flushing and hot water in the showers poor. The park has deteriorated. So they have lost a customer ,forever !!!

This park is beautiful! But even more beautiful is the first interactions with the caretakers/staff… They are inviting, friendly and accomodating - we already can’t wait to come back. Any encounter with this park and the staff is bound to be your best in the region. Thank you! X

A quiet park surrounded by beautiful bush land with bike and walking trails. A short walk to town if you don’t mind walking up hills. You can also walk 150m to Pemberton Pool through a path from the park. This park appears to have had some improvements done. The amenities are old but have been refurbished and the roads have tarred recently. I would stay here again.

As soon as we arrived we loved this place . It super busy but we managed to get a nice spot for our van . The facility are mix of modern and fairly old but they are fine . It nestled in a beautiful surroundings of trees and small creek . Lots of parrots around . The park manager is super friendly and very helpful. Powered site $45 per night on public holidays. We will definitely recommend this lovely camp .

This caravan park is the sort that when you leave it is on your bucket list. The park is rustic in a good way, friendly but most of all close to everything. We wanted to stay at Karri Valley Caravan park and thank goodness we didnt. This place had everything you could want. Friendly staff (not too friendly) friendly wildlife, good clean amenities and so close to town and all the attractions.
DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE this is the place for you.
