Very overpriced for what is on offer at this resort. Rooms are very dated and in need of an upgrade. The pools are way too small for the amount of people at the resort. Nothing works in the Kids games room. Restaurant menu is limited and poor, especially for breakfast. Staff are lovely however.
We paid $860 for a two night stay in a one bedroom apartment that looks out onto a bank and is so dark you have to leave lights on throughout your stay. Tried to have breakfast on our first morning, ended up walking out as were not acknowledged. No room servicing “sorry Sir we thought you had your do not disturb sign up” which was absolutely untrue. Towels so threadbare might as well be rags. Room very tired looking. Now, I get COVID has ravaged the tourism industry (and am very sympathetic to that, which is why we came up here to stay from Sydney) but to pay that much and essentially only get a bed in a dark, damp room is nothing short of outrageous. I’m cursing that I did not use Airbnb. Frankly better options and better value. Never again, no return. Accor, take note.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Peppers Noosa; clean and spacious room, the food at View was delicious and the overall location was great. The staff are to be commended as they were polite, friendly and always happy to help or answer questions. From those driving the buggy down to Hastings Street and back, the reception staff, the team serving in the restaurant and bar, and housekeeping, we couldn't fault their service. A great way to break the travel drought!
We always love coming to peppers. It was a pleasurable experience especially being our first trip since Covid. The friendly service and cleanliness of the resort and always happy to help. Would highly recommend for anyone who really wants to relax.
Despite the rain for the first two days we had a lovely stay at Peppers. I would highly recommend it. You felt like part of the resort but private in your own little world. We had a One Bedroom Unit. The facilities fitted us perfectly. The bed and linen are amazing. Wardrobe and shower very generous. Clever layout. The Couch was a little uncomfortable. I am not sure if it was the rain but the unit could do with airing and furniture cleaned. There seemed to be a salty, stale smell. Overall the staff are amazing. There were a couple of occasions where staff were not as helpful as I am use to at this resort. However the resort was fully booked, so I imagine that explained it. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Would prefer one well done main to two courses. I had a potato Rosti with salmon and caper verde salsa sauce with poached eggs the following day which unfortunately put the Peppers breakfast to shame. On par cost wise even with adjustments for coffee and juice the breakfast elsewhere was better value and came with a waterfront view. Realise multi course is trying to replicate buffet but it can’t, so would prefer quality and ingenuity with great local produce. Dinner was amazing, loved the sand crab linguine. Truly lovely staff who try to make your stay special which sometimes feels like it is a bygone era in the hospitality world. Well done!…
