Thank you RAVC Noosa for another fabulous holiday. We stayed in a three bedroom precinct villa with rooftop spa in February and it was perfect. This resort offers the best relaxing holiday with small children who are catered in an amazing standard. All the staff are helpful and friendly and we love the location. Food is also impressive at Dazzas bar and the way they have made the buffet work in Covid times is well done. Thanks again to Julianne for her great service and the upgrade :) We look forward to returning again hopefully next year
I've stayed in my share of resorts but RACV is by far the best. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that had stairs to the roof which the kids loved. The apartment was immaculate and modern. There were smart tv's in both bedrooms and the lounge. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped including kids cutlery and plates. My favourite thing in the kitchen was the coffee pod machine and milk frother and large amount of varying coffee pods and teas. Towels and pool towels were supplied and the room had a washing machine and dryer. The resort itself was fantastic. The pools are well set out with a separate sand entrance pool, spa and kids pool. The kids pool was a hit with two water slides and a water play area. The bar is right there if you want to enjoy a drink while the kids play. The small shop at the lobby is very reasonable. I purchased a few things and was surprised to see that the prices weren't massively inflated like some resorts do. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced with kids eating free with a paying adult. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really recommend this resort. My family and I were unlucky to only spend the one night but are already planning another holiday here.…
Loved our 5-night stay here with friends. Exceptional service and experience. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to the wonderful Ian who changed the batteries in our room lock when we couldn't get in.
We recently stayed at the RACV Club with two of our daughters and their families. The resort was selected with the grandkids in mind (ages 6, 4, 2 and 1). They loved every moment spent around the pool with its water slides, sandy beach and play areas. While the little ones had a ball the adults had a great time as well. The courtesy bus service is great and we availed ourselves of it several times. It ran punctually on the half hour and getting aboard was never an issue (it seated 20 - and more when children were nursed on an adults lap). We enjoyed a good breakfast every day and often lunch as well poolside. The rooms were spacious and didn't lack for comfort. All in all a great time was had. PS My wife left behind a set of Apple ear pods which reception chased up and promptly returned to us back home. Hotel staff honesty with high value items like these hasn't always been our experience in the past unfortunately.…
We stayed here for 2 nights with our grandkids and family. Facilities are great. Really good for smaller kids. BUT avoid the buffet breakfast. Food although served is cold not much variety in the hot section and line ups take a long time due to the COVID set up. $34 expensive for what you get. I will not eat here again as you can just go down to Hastings Street and have a great feed for less. The pool area is fantastic and good food and service. I would recommend this resort for families with small children only. Not really an adult resort or for families with teenagers.
