Hotel Arlberg Lech is famous beyond the country's borders - a hotel legend and an institution. It is a cozy, beautiful and peaceful retreat that invites guests to relax and enjoy themselves. For me, a top hotel in Lech - a welcome home feeling is what this is all about. Reception - Restaurant - Bar Hospitality is very important to the Schneider family. I really enjoyed my visit to the Hotel Arlberg. You notice straight away that it is a place where a person's heart and mind are in harmony. Thanks to the team around Hannes and Christiane Schneider, the guests of the hotel feel royally looked after. I warmly recommend a visit to "Apre Ski" - The Yurt - Bar - Hotel Arlberg, a unique hotspot in Lech. International flair, cozy atmosphere and wonderfully mixed drinks plus a fine mix of pop lounge and chill-out music. Conclusion: Fine address - Alpine lifestyle and a vacation in Lech Hotel Arlberg is 100% guaranteed.

From the very first second, you are a guest who is always the focus of all efforts. From luggage service, personal room escort and hotel tour to the lovingly prepared and home-baked small cake in the room as a greeting from the hotel. The rooms have been lovingly modernized and combine tradition and modernity - this special combination can be experienced throughout the hotel. A stunning view of the mountain panorama from the sun terrace, many rooms or from the pool make the already central location perfect. The extensive wellness and spa area offers an all-round feel-good and relaxation package. The service and the food are first-class and the house owners are wonderful hosts. We will come back anytime and look forward to it!

A fantastic hotel with amazing friendly and accommodating service. Our family stayed for 4 nights in july and to be honest we can be a complicated bunch. Julius from the reception was incredibly accommodating in showing us around the property and ensuring we all had rooms to our satisfaction. Thank you! The food was consistently top notch and the staff made sure our dietary requirements were met. You must try their Strudels! Nearby is also a beautiful golf course which we enjoyed on multiple days and the outside pool provides a super relaxing spot to swim and lounge. Overall this is an incomparable hotel that manages to make you feel right at home from the first moment thanks to the very friendly, funny and accommodating service. We will be back!!

I don't normally write hotel reviews, and I'm afraid I would be more inclined to write one if I didn't like it.
But...
This hotel, this team and this service simply deserve to be publicly praised on the Internet.
We were guests at the Hotel Arlberg for a week at the end of August and beginning of September for a workation. Per se, that is, guests with special requirements.
And here I have a nice example of the absolutely lived service at the Hotel Arlberg: Sunday evening, late arrival - what did we see first, the screen we had brought with us was broken! We had no choice but to ask for help at reception. The hotel provided us with a screen without hesitation, including a private work room. We know that this is absolutely not a given and would like to thank you again.
The dinner and breakfast at the half board were excellent - we also really liked the opportunity to swap restaurants, so we could also try out the other restaurants in the hotel (Fondue Stube, La Fenice).
We don't need to talk about the cleanliness and the spa area and the outdoor area - a dream! Everything is well maintained, probably because the boss mows the lawn himself with the lawn tractor...
Furthermore, Mr. Winter, the man behind the bar, deserves special mention. When I came to the bar to work at lunchtime, he provided me with, as he likes to say, "mountain champagne" (sparkling water) and later in the evening with chips. It's the little things that distinguish very good service from perfect service. We felt like we belonged, even though we were guests for the first time. The Hotel Arlberg creates a temporary home for its guests. That's rare these days and certainly costs the Schneider family and team a lot of energy - but this work is worth it, because it comes 1:1 to the guest!
And we'll be back, that's for sure - also for skiing.

The stay left nothing to be desired. Great terrace for breakfast and for the evening meal. Great location in the middle of town, you can start walking straight away or take the numerous buses to fantastic destinations. Exemplary staff and an absolutely dedicated family of owners!

It had been a few years since I was last here, but it immediately felt like coming home. We were given a very friendly welcome, and one of the staff helped us with our luggage. Our car was covered entirely in dry sand, and the employee said I'd spray it clean before parking it in the garage. The lady at the reception addressed us nicely by name and gave us the key to the room, and the paperwork for check-in was not necessary. We had a renovated room with a large balcony overlooking the garden. The rooms are very nicely renovated, with plenty of closet space, a lovely sitting area, a perfect bed, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Since my last visit, they have updated the entire outside area with a beautiful garden, a new pool, and plenty of sunbeds and seating to enjoy the sun and a drink. The outdoor bar has also been updated and is a beautiful spot to start the evening with some drinks. It was also a very nice reunion with Wolfgang, the bartender who still worked there. A delicious breakfast buffet is served in the morning, which you can complement with some a la carte dishes. All the staff is very attentive and service-oriented. This hotel excels in hospitality.

Arriving by car is difficult, there are few parking spaces in front of the building.
The seating in the lobby is quite old (sofas are worn out) and the carpet is faded in the lobby/bar area. The prices in the hotel bar are very high... a piece of cake costs 11 euros... the cake was never worth it. The coffee is served lukewarm....
The cheese fondue in the parlor is a mixed bag (they want to but can't!), it is served with tomatoes and grapes, as well as olives and tomato bread, there is no normal white bread - what is that supposed to be! This is probably the Austrian version of cheese fondue. In summary, it is not worth the money. Lots of English-speaking guests... who probably think everything is great/beautiful because they don't know any better. In this hotel you get the feeling that they absolutely have to generate revenue, but the high prices are not justified as the price/performance ratio is not right at all. There are better 5-star hotels in Germany.

There are crucial differences between 4 star + wellness hotels and a real grand hotel like the Arlberg in Lech. The service is beyond reproach in all areas. The high expectations due to the high prices are always met or exceeded. Complaints are dealt with very accommodatingly and the guest remains the focus. It goes without saying that the wellness and swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) are wonderful and very well maintained. The owners and the senior boss are always concerned about the well-being of their guests, thanks to the Schneider family.

Looking for relaxation in the mountains, I decided to stay at the Hotel Arlberg in Lech last autumn – a choice that proved to be a stroke of luck. Already on arrival it became clear that hospitality is very important here: The car was parked in the garage, the luggage was discreetly brought to the room, and as a special surprise I even expected a free room upgrade.

The hotel impresses with its characterful, rustic style, which stands out soothingly from the often encountered modern brightness. The dignified, sometimes darker furnishings give the house a particularly cosy atmosphere. The beautifully designed wellness area with its comprehensive offer is a real highlight of the hotel.

My room was not only spacious and stylishly decorated, but also had a particularly impressive bathroom.

Conclusion: If you are looking for high-quality relaxation in a tasteful ambience, Hotel Arlberg is in good hands. The combination of personal service, stylish furnishings and first-class wellness services made my stay an all-round successful experience.

Dear Diego, thank you for your request. Infront of our hotel you will find a cable car that brings you up to ZĂĽrs (2 min walk) and on the left handside there are two ski lifts (maximum 5 min walk) and you can almost (100 meter left) ski down to our hotel. I hope those informations will help you. Looking forward to hear from you, best regards, sincerely yours Hannes Schneider
