Stayed for one week the end of September with my husband and mother and we had the best holiday ever! Stayed in apartment 109,spacious,clean with fresh towels everyday. On first arrival wasn't too far from airport. Quiet reception area (was late in evening) very friendly receptionist. Felt a bit lost finding my way but was fairly straightforward on map. We have now stayed at this hotel about 4 to 5 times!!!! The Reception staff are extremely helpful and always very welcoming! Nothing is too much trouble for them. We really enjoyed our week here. A nice relaxing holiday. Our room was cleaned every day. The room itself had a fridge, sink and a hob even though we were all inclusive. I ve stayed with my boyfriend for a week... amazing from the start till the end. STAFF is the best value that the hotel has to offer... cant do enough to please you , all of them from managent to staff are working really hard to make you fill comfortable and happy and always smiling... facilities are keeped very good... Had the best time ever what a fab hotel staff fantastic couldn't do enough clean towels amd bedding every day the best pool ever . Evening entertainment a bit of a let down but that's all reception staff Particullally helpful and very kind . Bar staff work very hard and very helpful at all times

Very nice place, great staff and services, rooms cleaned everyday, clean towels, sheets etc. lovely pool, food in abundance from 7am till 12pm, not to everybody's choice but u can't cater for everyone, just a bit out of the way for bars and clubs, but just a €1.50 bus ride into the center and €2.50 after 9pm very good restaurants... Me and my family have just returned from tsokkos paradise village aiya nappa from a 2 week holiday and we had a wicked time. Very nice clean hotel rooms are dated but who goes on holiday to stay in there rooms we certainly don't the staff are brilliant can't do enough for you. food wise always something for us and good quality would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break with the option of going into main aiya Napa

Just home from our 7 night stay. Firstly I can't fault the staff at all every single one is friendly from the greeting from reception to to hardworking bar/restaurant staff.
