The hotel is a great location to explore Badajoz. With underground parking available for €10 a day, its not bad. Be warned if staying at the weekend, the chances are there will be a party on at the hotel, and all parking spaces will be used. It took us 20 mins to park on a saturday afternoon. On arrival, the...

We spent 8 nights in the hotel in Oct. 2016. Although the first contact with the people at the check-in made me think it would not be very pleasant to be there, they very soon smiled and were quite pleasant. The rooms were renovated last year and the one I was in was large, clean and discretely decorated – just...

On arrival, we were able to park our bikes in the secure underground car park. For a fee obviously. The staff were very friendly on arrival, there was a birthday party being celebrated on arrival. Which later when we requested some brandies, they had sold out due to the party!! Our rooms were large and very clean, bathroom was clean...

This hotel is ok for a short stay. It's not too shabby, wifi works well and you can park your car opposite the hotel at no cost. (There is a garage if don't want to leave your car on the street). Bathroom has soap, shoe shine sponge, a shaving kit and shampoo (ladies bring your own shower cap). Best of...

When you go in, it seems a good hotel. But then you took the elevator and you realize that the hotel is clearly old and not worth the 4 stars because it does not justify the lack of cleanliness in several areas in the corridors, dirty room walls and there are pieces of tissue / paper hanging from the ceiling....

Located in the entrance hall of the hotel. Unwelcome space! It looked like a blend of hospital and 2nd grade office. The hall has been transformed in a lot of "private" spaces for events. On a corner, the cafeteria is a bar, 6 bar benches and 6 tables. Lots of people moving around. Staff running from one place to the...

Booked at the last minute for a short break including NYE and New Year's Day. Staff were all very helpful, we asked for items not on the menu, the quality was excellent. Room and public areas were clean, plenty of hot water, free wifi worked well. Location was good for us as its within walking distance of plaza (for NYE...

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were in room 313. It's quite possible we may have been given a better room if we'd asked for one, but the main bugbear for me was the room was dirty, long hair in the bath, by the wash basin and on the floor. I imagine that even the...

Stayed 2 nights on my way south. Very helpful staff with the exception of a particularly rude individual. The hotel is well situated, our room was a bit tired, but had a nice view over looking the park. It had secure parking with easy access and the wifi worked well
