We went to Cala Joncols a bit "blind", as it was in the context of a 40th anniversary party. Our feelings are really mixed because there were very nice things, and other not so nice. First of all, we have two young kids (under 4). This is not a kids' place, at least not until they're old enough to hike.... More

We went to Cala Joncols for a friend's birthday, so we spent 3 days there. The place is hidden and you deserve to arrive there but onee you arrive you will find a piece of heaven on earth. The service is very nice and friendly. The beach bar is very nice for a lunch or a dinner. Very nice cocktails... More

Rooms with seaview are the best. Clean rooms. The diving school is excellent. The road to get there is very bumpy but once you are there you have already forgotten about this. Lunch and diner are four courses and the food is great.

We visit this hotel from our boat that we moor in the bay - we enjoy the wonderful casual and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel whether visiting for a drink or dining in the evening The food is superb and the service in the restaurant is good

We were several times before in this hotel and you won't hear us complain about the bad road, the chaos in the parking lot, the mosquito's, the toilet flushing with hot water, the lack of AC etc... Cala Joncols was chaos and will remain chaos... that is part of the charm So basically we're not complainers or looking for very... More

I should have believed my instincts but was enticed by some of the better reviews. I love nature and quiet and beauty and with that in mind I booked this as the final stop on my honeymoon with some trepidation because of the reviews before. It wasn't cheap...I didn't get a bargain..I asked for a nice room and explained my... More

Cala Joncols..Our escape haven!!! It is fair to say that Cala Joncols certainly isnt a place for people who like the 'all inclusive' package holidays, instead, it is for people who want to be cut off from the real world and be surrounded by beautiful scenery, charming people and enjoy stunning dives. Yes, there are no tv's in the rooms... More

Somewhat the same as other reports ......dinner dreadful....soup, a little fish with bread and a pear (1) for desert @€62.50 for half board is not acceptable Breakfast was a little better if you come down early. This was like a poor standard hostel. The staff of the hotel and the diving school were most helpful and friendly. As other reports... More
