Quaint hotel in the middle of everything at the old part of town. Comfortable, quiet, clean, inexpensive, highly recommended. Hotel has arrangements with a parking building about 150 yrds away at reasonable rates. Just one block from main square, Town Hall and Cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants near by.

This place has history, charm and a great location. Staff was friendly, parking just up the block for 16 euros. A square with several restaurants to choose from was minutes away. A ten minute walk up the hill had fancier restaurants and unbelievable views. We hiked (one hour) up to the statue of Jesus which afforded breathtaking vistas and eagles!...

We had a set of top floor rooms. They were spacious and comfortable. The extra cost for breakfast was well worth it. Very close to the cathedral and the bridge. The town was spectacular after dark. The parking, though extra, was close and reasonable.

We stayed in the hotel for our final 2 nights in Spain and was looking forward to staying in our junior suite! However it was very disappointing. The suite was dusty, the mirror fell off the wall and there was no aircon! When we asked about the aircon we were told by the not so helpful receptionist "it's cold, open...

We enjoyed our one nights stay in the hotel that is located in the heart of the old town. Parking is conveniently located a few hundred metres up the hill where we left the car for the two days that we explored the town on foot. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable and spacious with the added...

Beautiful accommodation but if you are not a walker, have any disability this hotel nor Cuenca is a destination for you. The hotel is charming, the entrance lobby with it´s original beams. Rooms are beautiful. There is no parking on location but available 5 minutes away at €15 a night.

What a beautiful hotel. Ask for room 303, it's stunning - double aspect with small terraces on both sides and the most breathtaking views. Nice bed and best pillows! Good breakfast. Bar service a bit slow but nice tapas. We walked up to the top beyond the castle in the evening where there are some good restaurants.

We had drinks in the bar of this hotel and the service was really poor - slow and surly. We noticed the waiter was like this with all the other guests. We had to wait for our drinks and had an interminable wait to pay. The terrace is pretty but the service is terrible, and there are so many other...

We originally booked for another hotel in the same street but they changed the reservation to this hotel due to construction and it was a really nice upgrade. We had 2 rooms in a lower floor? Our room was a huge and very comfy suite with 4 beds and Sofa. Beds are very comfortable, staff is really nice, Breakfast Buffet...
