Stayed at this Parador for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We took a day to drive from the Parador de Siguenza enjoying some wonderful scenery enroute, especially La Ciudad Encantada. A little tricky to find, we were greeted warmly on arrival, checked-in efficiently and escorted to our rooms. Although parking is limited we were also assisted in finding...

We stayed at this parador for one night whilst driving from Santander to Valencia. The building and location are amazing and all staff were friendly and most helpful. We intend to stay there again for one night later this week.

Magnificent setting but average food. Relies too heavily on the beautiful architecture of the common areas of the Parador, needs to employ more staff, breakfast for example was very much do it yourself.

An excellent building with great views from our bedroom at the front. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Gave my wife a present on her birthday which they spotted from her passport, great customer service. Easy access to the metal bridge into the old town.

Double aspect view from our end of corridor room, spacious and comfortably furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. The three lunches we had were delicious and beautifully presented in an elegant dining room. Proximity to town ideal and, though parking was limited, staff were helpful in finding us space. Reception staff were especially accommodating and welcoming.

Beautiful setting in a stunning location but this hotel bidding for 5 star status comes up a little short for me. Rooms average, restaurant good, ambience of hotel absolutely first class but perhaps a little understaffed. At times, especially at the bar, it was difficult to get served, although the sole member of staff did pull out all the stops,...

This imposing Parador above the gorge with great views over the hanging houses. The staff and the cleanliness are comparable to the same high standards one would come to expect from all Paradores. The food and local wines were all excellent and served in a beautiful courtyard.

The Parador is beautiful. The rooms are bright, the wifi good and the entire Parador is spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant and in the bat area. The food was excellent and the service was good. There was one complaint. There was a Medieval Fiesta in the town that started with a torch lite parade starting outside the Parador,...

Lovely position across a steep gorge connected to Cuenca old town by a narrow pedestrian bridge. Superior bedroom was large cool and comfortable in hot weather. Dinner was served in the central courtyard and the food was excellent if slightly on the expensive side. The only disappointment was the pool area which needed refurbishment.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful and attentive. Staying at the Parador enhanced our trip to Cuenca, and we look forward to staying at Lerma and other areas of Spain, particularly the North, in the future. I would recommend the Parador experience to all native residents visitors to Spain.
