I stayed here several times. It's has amazing views and the beach is beautiful. We are a low key couple that enjoy great food and music. We enjoy this place because it's landscaping and it's in a nice town. We stood in the 5th fl this time the room was not modern at all. The door to the bathroom is...

We enjoyed our stay very much. We read the previous reviews so we were not expecting a 5 star resort. Location was of more importance to us. Rooms and resort were clean. Pillows & beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Loved the location right on the beach. Plus the swim up pool bar. Food was ok,...

Our room was damp everywhere, particularly the sheets. The room remained damp even when we turned the A/C off and opened the terrace doors. Nothing dried - not even the towels we hung on the terrace. The faucet on the bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere - how hard is that to adjust? Totally mediocre and terribly overpriced for the quality...

I loved this place. The location, the amenities , the beach. Sure it could use updating , but I wasn't expecting anything of oppulance. There were many pluses and it was a perfect first time experience in Rincon. Everything was so close. People no matter where you went were friendly and polite. The beach was calm (not the surfer area,...

This is a beach front property with a nice pool and relaxing garden, rooms needs to be redecorated, because they seem a bit old, also the charge for using the fridge!!! and there is NO coffeemaker in the room. They also charge you for using the beach chairs...! They need to take theses things into considerarion so our experience as...

Stayed on the 5th floor the beach view rooms. Couldn't see anything because of the palm trees Hotel wants to rate itself at 4 stars not even close. Would not come again. Stay away from the breakfast buffet mediocre. Eggs watery hash brown and cereal stale. Fresh fruit not that fresh.

Very nice place. We stay here every time we visit PR. The hotel is very nice, great setting and comfortable rooms. Checking is was a breeze. Pool bar is great...bartenders are fantastic! I like the size of the pool and beach is footsteps away. Also like it because we can walk over to the other hotel "Cofressi" and have their...

I loved this place the moment I walked in. The setting was inviting and user-friendly. The garden, the pool and the access to the beach were excellent. Our room was comfortable (it had a refrigerator and a safe), and the views of the ocean and the sunset were wonderful. If you can afford a room with a view of the...

Great pool! Swim up bar is awesome and Manny is the best bartender. Food is not that great although they make great pizzas, nachos and burgers, so if you are hungry go for it! The breakfast buffet was not that great. eggs were old and dry. Beds comfortable but wifi stinks! Staff was friendly. Decor lovely.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend. Although there were some positives such as room cleanliness, some nice staff, swim up bar, and small private beach there were also many negatives. The breakfast buffet was too expensive for the limited options of typical American foods. It defiantly could've been included with the room since they had less food than...
