Great location, away from the bustle of downtown however just a short walk to Rundle Mall shopping and the Oval. The Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Park are around a 30 minute walk. A lot of exceptional restaurants along O,Connell Street and just a quick jaunt to the local grocery store to stock up your kitchen. I mainly cooked breakfast through the week and enjoyed the full size fridge for all of my water and beverages. You'll love the parking garage underneath the hotel, very convenient and secure. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable, and having a combo washer/dryer unit was fantastic.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Majestic - in a Majestic two-bedroom suite - and we were as happy with our stay this time as we were when we first stayed two years ago. This time with the added benefit of the new restaurant - Cottage Kitchen - that has opened next door.
The suite has a wrap around balcony to enjoy sunset drinks, spacious, modern and well equipped rooms and is a great location for getting into Adelaide CBD. We stayed for a week and would be happy to stay for even longer given the quality of the property. For us the Majestic is perfect as we prefer not to stay in hotels, but enjoy the hotel-like vibe of the Majestic and that the apartment is serviced daily. Highly recommended and hope to stay again on our next visit to Adelaide.

Cons Building work next door was happening when I was staying. This meant there was loud drilling and knocking from directly outside my bedroom window quite frequently. This may well have finished soon, but this wasn’t mentioned by the check in staff or on the website, and should probably have been.
The location is under the flight path for the local airport, so you quite regularly get planes coming in to land, and the resulting noise. There is obviously nothing that can be done about this, but making this clear on the website/booking.com page would be nice.
No doorbells on the rooms, so the housekeeping team had to knock or shout from outside the door. This means that if you’ve got headphones on (which you may well do, if you want to not hear planes or building work outside), you don’t always hear them.
Cups are quite small, so making a properly sized tea or coffee is impossible. Also, the only glasses provided are champagne glasses, which means you can’t have a cup of water etc. It would be nice if the hotel could provide one or two regular mugs and glasses, as you don’t need 10+ champagne glasses in a suite.
Power turns off when you exit the room, which means that you can’t leave a device charging while you’re out and about. This is a bit strange, as it doesn’t affect overall power use, as you will still use power when you come back to the room to charge your device. Maybe this is a safety feature, but is nevertheless very strange.

In terms of location and convenience for my travels, this hotel met all my expectations. It was still on the modern-ish side; clean; and the rooms quite spacious. Great walking proximity to North Adelaide shops and commercial areas. Having a washer/dryer unit in the suite was a bonus. A few drawbacks…first, no complimentary bottled water which is usually common on more higher end hotels. Plus the 1.5% credit card surcharge was very annoying and bordering on the cheap. I am not sure how many folks pay for five nights of a hotel room with cash, particularly when traveling in a foreign country. Towel replacements were inconsistent and the room did not have a bathrobe when I checked it, I had to request one.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first-time stay here. I usually stay in a hotel in the city. But, with so many frequent trips to Adelaide, I wanted to find somewhere with a full kitchen and laundry that's also in a great location, Majestic M Suites certainly fits the bill in spades!
For my next stay (I know I'll be back) I'll opt for a one bedroom instead of a two-bedder. The only slight disappointment was the size of the TV in the main bedroom compared to the more than enough TV in the lounge. As someone who like to rest up in bed at night while often working but watching TV, a slightly bigger TV would have been awesome. On that note, I was also a little surprised that the two bedroom TV's did not have streaming capabilities. However, the lounge room TV does.
The suites are excellently appointed with everything you need at hand. The car parking is a dream and certainly beats the nightmarish tight squeezes of the CBD car parks.
I had a suite on the second floor, overlooking Wellington Square (park). Next time, I'd definitely ask for a suite on floor 3 or above to maximise the views.

These self contained appartments are in an ideal location and within a reasonable walk into the City of Adelaide.
Around the appartments there are many restaurants, hotels and a local Foodland grocery store, which is well stocked.
The appartments are well appointed and extremely clean. I like the self contained availability and being able to cook dinner or have breakfast before heading out. There is a dishwasher and your own laundry facility.
It is quiet and appeared very safe. We were there for 7 nights.
Staff are very friendly and excellent housekeeping daily.
Certainly recommended.

We had a three night stay in this spacious modern well appointed apartment which was serviced each day . Manned and womaned :) by efficient , pleasant and respectful staff. Very quiet setting (we heard no one) with a small 10min walk to most services and a range of restaurants etc. We utilised the onsite parking - which was affordable (I think about 25 dollars a night) which was very convenient and easy to access .For us The Majestic M Suites have become an answer to our prayers , as when we visit Adelaide it is to visit family - who live on opposite ends of town ...and our quest has always been to find good accommodation that limits our driving and commuting ...We have now found the answer - and will now never stay anywhere else . xx

I have recently spent a delightful 9 nights stay at the Majestic M Suites, North Adelaide.. I was there with a family member who had never been to Adelaide before. So we wanted somewhere quiet,pleasant and reasonably close to the city ….And the Majestic M proved the perfect place. Close to shops and bus stops within walking distance.. The Majestic M is close to the delightful Wellington Park and many cafes and restaurants. Our 2 bedroom Premier Suite ( 405 ) faced the park and part of the city which at night was a pleasant sight and most nights we could watch lovely sunsets..The apartment was well appointed with everything you need including a spacious kitchen and lounge area. Two good sized bedrooms both with King size beds one with an ensuite and the other bathroom close to the 2nd bedroom…In the bathrooms there were large bottles of hand wash and body lotion ,all good quality and in the showers were bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner…Good quality towels and bedding ..The rooms were serviced every day which these days is not always the case…
The one thing we noticed was how quiet it was on our floor . The temperature in the unit was comfortable as they seem to be well insulated.. From the first moment you walk into the foyer you feel at home with friendly staff and a warm inviting atmosphere with very pleasant decor. I would have no hesitation in returning to the Majestic……

This time four of us shared an extremely comfortable two-bedroom apartment and it is accommodation that all four of us would not hesitate to recommend! We wondered if, now that it’s over a year old, there might be a bit of the inevitable wear and tear but they are doing very well with the upkeep! It feels brand new but, as so many others write, a pool (given HOT old Adelaide!!) is the noticeable omission. It’d be great if they could extend and include one. The kitchen had a great supply of wine and champagne glasses (all too rare in serviced apartments), the bathrooms are spotless and beautiful, and floor to ceiling windows open to such a fantastic view of Adelaide. We spent every second we could on the balcony although, oddly there were only two chairs out there for a room that sleeps four! Other than the fact that the mini bar wines are still extortionately priced (guess we have to get over it but I thought they might have toned that down a bit!), the only niggle was the provision of only a very small quantity of coffee pods to supply four guests. Seriously. I don’t understand why all hotels aren’t just a little more generous on this just to avoid attracting these silly complaints! Once you get tired of the view from the balcony, take our advice and lay out a picnic rug in Wellington Square to enjoy breakfast, lunch or drinks/nibbles during your stay! It’s a beautiful spot!
