Roger and Barbara are very generous hosts and owners of a beautifully decorated B&B. It's situated wonderfully at the edge of an unspoilt village at the end of the Jalon Valley. With generously sized en-suite rooms, a BBQ area, pool with exceptional views of the mountains it really is a treat to stay there. Roger is also an excellent cook...

We stayed with welcoming and helpful Roger and Barbara early in November. It was perfect weather for walking and we followed walks recommended by Roger. We especially liked the walk up from the village to Penya El Castellet and the view down to Guadalest. We had a large double room with views in two directions. In the evenings we ate...

This B & B is a fantastic find for anyone wishing to get away from crowds of tourists but at the same time be close enough to coastal resorts and Alicanti airport. Roger & Barbara are warm friendly hosts and made our stay a memorable one with their kind hospitality, they were both really friendly and nothing was too much...

Following Roger's excellent directions we arrived at Casa Anna Vera to a very warm welcome from both Roger and Barbara. It is a charming, authentic Spanish house in a very quiet village high in the mountains. Beautifully decorated throughout, we stayed in the 'green' room which was spacious and comfortable. The pool area, where we also enjoyed a delicious barbeque...

I have stayed many times with Barbara and Roger and have had an amazing time. My last trip was in October when the weather was not fantastic; and the hospitality was second to none! The village is beautiful and it is the perfect place to relax and do nothing; or go for walks and sight seeing. I am coming back...

Casa Anna Vera was the perfect place to unwind, away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Although having concerns about staying in a Bed and Breakfast with young children, Roger and Barbara welcomed us to their home as if we were family! Everything about our holiday was perfect, we were so sad to leave as the two weeks...

Hidden away in the mountains, Casa Anna Vera is the perfect setting to escape the flocks of tourists and yet is sufficiently close to the coast and resorts to be able to take a day trip to all of the usual attractions. It is the perfect place to completely 'switch off' and relax. The pool area is a hidden gem...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this absolute gem of a casa rural. Barbara and Roger are the most welcoming of hosts and very knowledgable about the area having lived there for 5 years. We really appreciated their help and advice in making sure we made the most of our short visit. Their house is ideally...
