This quaint little spot was very enjoyable, clean and comfortable. Great food and very friendly staff. We we're within 7 minutes to the bar that we we're attending that evening so it was very convenient to stay overnight. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Spent a night here last weekend and was a nice clean little place with an attached restaurant and gas station, Place was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful, Will be back next time we go to Ottawa.

Absolutely disgusting food. We ordered the Chinese. All the main dishes were the same. It came with the same wilted vegetables reused from other meals, doused in soy sauce and they called it "Chinese". The beef was obviously old and reheated as it was tough as nails. The wait was supposed to be 30 minutes. It was 60. I am disgusted that we spent $45. The chicken fried rice was tasteless and not even "fried". More like microwaved. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Great location in the Ottawa area (15 minutes from downtown OTT), close to Calypso water park. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Friendly canadian/italian/chinese food restaurant on site, offers 50% off breakfast menu when renting a room. Friendly staff, speaking both English and French. There is a 5$ deposit for the key in case you loose it or leave with it. Very quiet motel. Basic amenities like a bath rug, iron and hair blower were lacking. There was a very worned out and stained rug in the room and it was obvious that it wasn’t washed in a while. I paid 100$ per night for a 2 queen beds room. If the room was 30% off, I’d recommend it in a heart beat. Pets are welcomed which is a great thing for me.

15 minutes from St Laurent shopping Center in the small town of Vars there is a little Inn just off the highway that will fill your belly for an ok price. Clean, fast and hot describes this place to a T. Lots of seating for groups. Waitresses were very nice and prompt. Came 3-4 time around with the coffee. Good for singles, family's and groups.

Had very few options in Vars after fueling up at Ultramar. Stepped in briefly, and then left. Took a second look and decided to stay. The service was polite and welcoming. The food came quickly and fresh. I would definitely recommend the club sandwich. With wifi and all, I would say it is a good place to stop for a meal. Don't expect to be wowed by its culinary masterpieces, but they do offer really goid standard country kitchen food in a clean and welcoming environment.

We were here on the Canada 150 weekend for 3 nights. The room is alright, outdated, little things like no suitcase rack or bench/chair, no trash can in the room, air conditioner a little loud. But it's to be expected at a motel/Inn. It's about 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa, right off the 417. The adjoining restaurant was good, has a good variety and reasonably priced. They did not clean our room the 3rd day, for some reason, but most of our breakfast was compensated for. All in all it was nice to come back after a long day out!

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday, April 23rd,2017. Arrived 11:40, sat down and ordered a drink (cokes). Place was moderately busy with a couple of big (6-10) tables seated. Ordered at 11:57 and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. After 45mins went and asked waitress if food was coming. Advised our order had been lost and was now being prepared. Finally at 1:05, 68 minutes after ordering food was delivered. Why were we not told at any point, since they knew, that our order had been lost ?? Had we known we still would not have been happy but at least we would have known. Food was hot and ok when it arrived. Manager offered a 10% discount, which on a $30.00 lunch tab did not even cover the tax portion of the bill. Next time we will go to Casselman, Limoges, Vars, Russell or even Cornwall to eat. Like an earlier reviewer said, unless you have the whole afternoon to spend don't waste your time here.…

Work brings me here a couple times a month and my goal is to try just about everything on the menu (minus the veal and baby beef liver, just because I don't eat those things). Everything I've had so far has been awesome in my opinion. From the wings, pasta, salads (Greek is awesome!) to the donairs. The decor is dated and so are the motel rooms but it's clean. The staff are nice, friendly and super polite. I'm glad this place is here, I'll be coming as long as I'm working in the area.
