We had a wonderful stay. The room was pure luxury, even a super comfy mattress and double bath. The staff in the restaurant were so busy yet still had a smile on their faces at all times. My treatment sos facial by gemma was pure heaven. I would find it so.hard to fault my stay. Only recommendations would be to...

This was a groupon package for 2 nights with breakfast each morning, £15.50 each towards your evening meal (this can be taken on either the 1st or 2nd night) & full use of the spa facilities. What a hidden gem (even if it is by the M5), the place is beautiful, stunning gardens & so tranquil. The manor is a...

Went for a day visit with a friend to the spa, all but one member of desk staff were curt and unwelcoming. Had to listen to them slating other staff/job applicants whilst we completed our health forms, tut tut. We were shown to the dressing rooms, and told to share a locker (we had big coats, boots, bags etc). I...

I always find this incredulous when check out is 10.30am. Anyway had a pleasant drink in the bar. Second issue, no TV In the bar, as this was six nations weekend...

Stayed at the rookery manor for our anniversary. We married here 3 years ago and can't recommend enough. Staff very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a suite and bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was very relaxing! Especially as we're usually running around after 2 children it's a lovely place for a well deserved pamper/break. Evening...

We stayed at the end of February for one night (groupon) deal. The hotel is situated not far from the M5 between Brean and Burnham on Sea. The room was nice and modern with a view of nature (rabbits running wild). The evening meal was plentiful with a good variety of meals on the menu but your £15.50 meal voucher...
