Nice clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The bar stools took me back sixty years, I had forgotten how comfortable they were. Looking forward to staying again shortly. Nice area, easy distance to the channel ports

Stayed at the bowl inn for our wedding night in the cottage. Wow wow wow. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. They made us feel welcome and looked after us so well! We visit regularly for drinks and food, so will definitely be back. Loved it! Only complaint is we didn't book for long enough!!

We met friends here for dinner and decided to stay over. We stayed in the luxury suite, which I must stay was fantastic. The suite had a bedroom, lounge and lovely bathroom with a roll top bath and separate double shower cubicle. The decor was fab and it was warm and homely. There was a coffee machine and kettle with...

Had a lovely few hours here with best friends. Nice pub beautifully kept by extremely pleasant staff. Plenty of parking space in a nice setting. We had a great meal at very reasonable prices especially for the large portion size. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully return

We stayed in a lovely room which was clean and fresh. The staff were very attentive and friendly . The breakfast the next day was also tasty and plentiful. My partner is coeliac and couldn't eat some of the breakfast available but this was ok. Gluten free sausages and bread wouldn't cost a fortune but this didn't ruin a very...

Country inn with a friendly welcome. Stayed 2 nights in a clean room with king size bed and good shower. Room quite small with old shabby, tiny wardrobe and dressing table but nevertheless we were comfortable enough. First night meal was disappointing when I chose lamb in red wine sauce. It had very little flavour, was overcooked (I like it...

This newly-refurbished pub with en suite rooms is a huge hit. It offers very pleasing dining inside and out with a lovely sunny forecourt and huge rear garden. We had the Lebanese flatbread with a mediterranean salad and chargrilled chicken breast and the roasted butternut squash burrito with spicy rice. Both were delicious and in generous portions. The ale was...

I called in today while walking on the North Downs Way. It's about 10/15 minutes off the path. Only had a couple of pints but there was a good selection of local beers. The two I tasted were both very well kept. It's very clean and although I didn't see the rooms it would be very convenient for walkers on...
