Yes, you certainly have to keep your head when staying at this very well presented hotel. Our room was on the second floor in the main building, not the longere, formed in the roof space which meant that the rafters had to be avoided when moving in any part of the room. My wife was constantly banging her head on...

Just come back from a 4 night mini-moon and both me and my husband loved this place. It's by far the best 3 star hotel we ever stayed at and in France it's even much better than 4 star hotels we visited. I was a bit unsure about booking a 3 star in France since I had some bad experiences...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in early August and we still can't stop talking about it. I found it on Trip Advisor and had high expectations going in but our experience exceeded them in every way. The room was very comfortable, the views are amazing, the gardens are beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the dinner...

Set on a small bluff at the end of the world, this tiny oasis of hip tranquility soothes the psyche like few other places we've visited. My only regret is that our stay was limited to but one day. The views from the dining room and guest residences go on forever (or Britain, if you can spot it). What a...

Just checked out yesterday from Le Landemer and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is helpful and eager to please, it was immaculate, and of course, the views out the windows are spectacular. The most important point is that from this location in mere minutes you can drive up the coast and see non-stop vistas of the most beautiful coast...

Le Landemer is a lovely property situated on the water's edge in the quaint town of Urville-Nacqueville. It is a an ancient farmhouse that was lovingly renovated from the studs up to bring it into modern times. We chose a smaller room with it's own patio for a green space and because of the unobstructed sweeping views of the ocean....

Found Le Landemer on TripAdvisor and thought it looked good...that is SUCH an understatement for the experience we had there! It is simply one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere in the world. The location is fantastic, the facilities beautiful and the owners and staff wonderful...it made me a hero with my wife and our friend...

Lovely boutique hotel, enjoying a tremendous position with fantastic sea views. Excellent restaurant and staff. The food is very good. We stayed in a Longere room, which was small, but very well appointed. The private patio area overlooking the sea is marvellous.

Cotentin is off the beaten paths. Unlikely to get any tourist herds. Upscale accommodation are difficult to locate. Landemer would not normally qualify as upscale, more as uppertier medium level. It is probably the best option in a 50 km radius. We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed every minute of it. Simple booking process on their website. Easy follow up...
