We spent Christmas at Blackrock and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is lovely and in a great setting. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sight of a sparkling Christmas tree and a cream tea. Our dog spent hours sat in the window chicken watching and our children loved seeing Nellie the sheep and visiting the horses. We were...

Absolutely beautiful location that is central to all tourist attractions and sites especially The Eden Project that is only 1.5 mile away where you can actually walk to via a beautiful countryside trail. The cottage was lovely with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, only negatives the two sofas are incredibly low especially if you have back...

The cottage is small but cosy and we loved the log burner. Thanks to its location you also get an amazing sea view which if you're lucky also has a beautiful sunset. The farmhouse is in a very central location, meaning it's easy to get to many of the beautiful places Cornwall has to offer (we would recommend Mevagissey, Fowey,...

The perfect place to stay in Cornwall, we stayed in Black Rock, the bigger of the two cottages, great location for Eden, Newquay and Heligan, plus loads of great beaches nearby. We had the best week, the couple that run it are lovely and very welcoming, there young boy played football nearly every night with our little boy, who was...

Second time here and although the front door to Blackrock has changed everything else, thankfully, has stayed the same! Great week but the weather was, as usual for this time of year, unkind! Hot tub came in handy again! We would recommend this cottage.

Approaching our first family holiday with our four month old twins was slightly daunting but Jane and Paul made it hassle free. We were greeted with a lovely cream tea and all the facilities and information we could need. Leghorn is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views are amazing whatever the weather and there is loads to do in...

This is a really first-class place. We were a large group staying last week and so we booked both barns (there is an interconnecting door available for this so it's really one big house). They are exceptionally well presented, Black Rock being the larger and Leghorn the smaller. Each has a double and a twin room with en suite shower....

This cottage is the only one we have ever stayed in that matches the description and photos. Both Paul and Jane have created two amazing holiday homes, which to be fair we could quite happily live in! The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The wood burner was a god send and Paul can supply you with logs to...

The visit to Gray Farm was a lovely break at half-term and the cream tea was a lovely surprise when we arrived. Paul and Jane made the whole family feel very welcome and Molly the dog didn't want to come home. The finish and attention to detail in the cottage was a very high standard and the hot-tub was great...

Just stayed for a week at this delightful cottage.Fantastic accommodation, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our hosts Jane and Paul have thought of everything, from milk, sugar and tea bags to bath robes and towels for use in the on site hot tub,not to mention a complementary cream tea and half dozen fresh farm eggs.Great base for visiting all the attractions and being...
