A good location in the quiet part of town within a walking distance to the centre and all the main attractions. Spacious room, fantastic garden, excellent spa treatment. A great value for a reasonable money.

This hotel is located in quiet part of the town and walking distance to all interesting places. All staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel's restaurant offers a selection of well cooked meals and drinks, served with a smile. Meals can be served inside a nicely decorated restaurant or outdoors, in a beautiful set garden, making every meal a joyful...

The rooms are amazing and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast is very rich and the whole area around the hotel is really nice and relaxing. The staff were extremely nice throughout the visit. Only downside specifically for us is the absence of air conditioning as it was extremely hot when we visited (even with that the staff made an effort...

An absolute treat! Quaint. Beautifully presented food. Amazing staff! Helpful way beyond the expectation. Impeccably appointed rooms. Huge luxurious private bathroom. A gem in a town with huge hotels.

Away from the town center, so one needs a car, or a good pair of legs for 30 minutes walk, a good exercise. Our room number 4 was downstairs with a lovely view of the garden. It had a kitchenette which was a bonus, and the cleaning was always done when we had our breakfast, which was great. Free Wi-Fi,...

Our room was apartment design with kitchen, massive, spotless, new TV and comfy bed, rocking chair. Very peaceful stay. Open the window a bit and hear the dawn chorus. Free wifi and car parking. We eat out each night combining the walk into town and hike back as exercise. Breakfasts were very plentiful and well restocked. The fresh fruit was...

I choose this hotel because it was highly rated by trip adviser. It's a bit away from the center of action in the foothills of the town. I got the premium room overlooking the car park with a separate living room and kitchenette. Although the hotel appears to be a new build the room was a bit dated with worn...

We took the Wellness Week at the Swiss House. It was a very enjoyable stay! The room was large and well furnished, The bath had a shower and a bath tube. The bed was comfortable. On the whole it was very nice. The spa treatments were very nice, though the massages are only half an hour. The place is only...

Travelled here beginning of november for a long weekend. Very friendly, smiling and welcoming staff everywhere whether it's reception, restaurant, therapists or cleaning personnel... Languages spoken a part from Czech : German(excellent), English (sufficient). Tasteful decoration (some of it very creative and/or original) all over the hotel. Stayed in room/apartment number 8. It has a little hallway, bathroom with bath...

We spent a nice weekend in Marianske Lazne (Friday - Saturday). After announcing a late arrival, the staff was still very pleasant (both receptionist and waiter). We stayed in room 1, which is a studio apartment with a kitchenette. Perfect for people staying for a week or two, but not as relevant for us. The room was updated with "ikea-style"...

“If you are planning to stay for a while and would like to have the convenience of having a kitchenette, get a studio (as room 1 is). One downside is that it is on the ground level with windows directly facing the parking lot entry (not much of a view, but it is not busy or loud).”

“We were at the first floor, the apartment was very large, the bathroom was without the window but my husband's mother is 89 old and we were ok for her, maybe the nex time in Swiss House we will ask stay at the last floor where you enjoy of a wonderful view.”
