For me and my father this hotel was excellent. The staff is so nice and helpful, the receptionist was the best, always helping and professional. The location is really good because you can walk to the city center in a few minutes and also you can have a small and calm street to sleep. They upgraded our reservation to a... More

Only stayed here for a few hours as we were just waiting on our evening flight home. Room was clean staff were Ok, Was in a quiet area. When checking out they didn't seem to understand why we were leaving. Only booked the room for a place to shower before we went to airport.

I loved this cute old Prague style hotel! Centrally located, close to everything, great breakfast, good internet, cute clean remodeled rooms, friendly staff... But if you stay here during the summer, just keep in mind not all of the rooms have air conditioner, make sure you ask for one that has it, or call them in advance and ask to... More

Pros: clean, quiet, nice staff, good location, good value. Cons: unbearably slow/intermittent internet connection; no coffee machine or tea cattle in the room; AC available only in some rooms. Bath only in our room - there is a shower head but the lack of a curtain or other barrier makes it impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor.

Dear Vera, thank you for your comment. Slow WiFi is a surprise for me and I am sorry about troubles you had with such a basic thing. Especially in the Apartment you stayed in. I have immediately asked our technician to check WiFi connection and to make a speed test. He found no mistake and also the speed test is... More

Located in Praha 2 this hotel is very nicely located. Rooms/Hotel seems to be old but clean. Our room was facing the street which was a little bit noisy (slept with open window), but nothing too annoying. Friendly front desk. Did not try the restaurant as more promising locations are just a short walking distance away. Hotel is recommended.

Very good hotel. Pretty close (300m to Wenesclas squre) to city center. We were lucky to receive a room with a balcony. We were greeted by a beautiful blonde angel of a receptionist when we arrived, she could help us find parking, thank god. Wifi is fast and free, and breakfast is decent. Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again... More

Just got back from a three night stay over a long weekend. Really good location behind the square and away from the noise and stag parties. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff

Me & my wife stayed there for 3 nights. The location is quit good, and the room itself is also quit good and cozy. Breakfast is avarege but OK. The main problem was that our room had a door conecting it to the next room. We heard everything going on there - talking, TV, sex and so on... When we... More

Pros of the hotel - central and clean. Cons - evening/night staff doesn't really speak English, breakfast buffet at the 3* hotel level, noisy street or not really good windows. I definitely suggest to avoid the restaurant - unless you speak Czech or Russian and unless you want overpriced fish that sometimes comes dry as a shoe and other times... More

This hotel lives up to all expectations from earlier reviews. Seems new or recently renovated, with high quality. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, and only 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Or close to underground/tram. Great value.
