We chose The Grand Mark as our location for a family vacation and reunion. Eight nights, utilizing their apartment suite and an extra neighboring room. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and will no doubt be our hotel of choice for a return trip to Prague. As has always been my experience, it takes a lot more than a beautiful room or suite to make a place shine. While the Grand Mark had beautifully appointed rooms, a magnificent winter garden room for many of our meals, and overall very elegant common spaces, it was the staff who really stood out. Bilel, who was so much more than a doorman, was always there with a smile and advice on where to eat or places to visit. Many thanks to him for starting and ending our day on such a positive note, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were doing well! At the wonderful morning breakfasts, set in a lovely winter garden room, we often had the pleasure of Martin making sure we had anything and everything we could have ever wanted. In the spa, which was a wonderful place to warm up after some chilly sightseeing, Hari was ready to welcome us and make sure all was well. There were others too, who's names I unfortunately don't have, who also added to the experience. The front desk staff were always there with a "good morning" or "good evening" as we passed their area, and a very helpful concierge. Finally, the housekeeping staff, who somehow managed to keep our very "busy" apartment suite looking like we just arrived, and were always helpful in getting us any additional extras we needed. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Generous hospitality and great breakfast. The location was great with minutes walk to the shopping area and scenic squares. It was quiet and nice. The lobby was a cute place to chill and stay in for a drink and tea, especially in the evening when the piano player was in. The breakfast was diverse with many options, even gluten-free ones. We had breakfast indoors because of the weather, but through the windows, we enjoyed the unique experience of having beautiful, colorful peackoks around us. In the summer you can enjoy the garden where the peakocks roam about. Would love to stay there again.

Luxurious hotel. Staff were very friendly especially a staff member called Belal. Rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. Location is amazing with everything closeby. My children enjoyed the hotel. Highly recommend.

A nice hotel in close proximity to all the features of a fantastic city. The staff were polite, courteous and helpful, especially the concierge service. Our room was not ideal although very well proportioned and looked after. The double bed was up a flight of spiral stairs and no matter what you did with the heating/air conditioning controls, the bedroom was spitefully hot whilst downstairs was like a chiller cabinet. In fairness, we were moved to an alternative room on request. I personally feel that it was a little bit expensive for what it was, and the cost of bar food and drink was well over the top and nothing to write home about. A lovely stay but I think I will try somewhere else if I return to Prague.

Stayed 2 nights at the family suite. Everything was great from ease of check in till the end of our stay. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The best was Bilal the bellboy who would always go above and beyond to provide help with whatever you may need.
