This was our second visit to Prague and we wanted to stay close to the Old Town. We selected several hotels in the vicinity and decided on Buddha Bar Hotel which looked very unique, comfortable and with some great facilities. The location was ideal and the breakfast selections were simply gorgeous! We are looking forward to our next visit to... More

A fantastic hip experience. Centrally located, yet quiet. Very comfortable bed, excellent sound system and impecable service. Decoration is different than usual, lots of oriental details. The restaurant and bar-lounge downstairs are very lively and hip. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I was really happy to make a wise choice in terms of choosing this place. This hotel is so close to pretty much everything that you would need in Prague. Staff is really welcoming and breakfasts are amazing. However, on a flip side I would say that the room needs some improvements. The bed... More

We had a lovely 3 night (4 day) trip to Prague in September. The Budda Bar hotel was in a great location for exploring the all parts of the city. Very nicely styled and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. As other guests mention, the lighting was a bit of an education, however was fine once you worked out which buttons were... More

Had a lovely stay here for a weekend break. Rooms are fantastic although the lights take done working out! Breakfast excellent, nothing was to much trouble. The location was close to the main square and nearby attractions.

This hotel is in the old part of the city, an almost perfect location, within walking distance to all of Prague's major attractions (Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, etc). Plenty of eats (often overpriced) nearby too. And the train station is just one kilometre away, easily walkable unless you have heavy luggage. We arrived by air... More

I had friends that were extending an autumn River Boat cruise by spending time in Prague and decided to join them during there time there. When researching hotels, I wanted something different....not only did the Buddha-Bar Hotel, have a great location being about a 5-7 minute walk to the Old Town Square, but the vibe and service of the Buddha-Bar... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
