My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Every member of staff that we encountered were very friendly, helpful and polite. The young dark haired receptionist was particularly helpful. Breakfast was superb and we had an incredible dinner in the restaurant. The hotel was spotless and room spacious. Great location for exploring Prague. Great little spa and gym. The cable car lift made things interesting!

This hotel is fabulous. It’s so clean and smells lovely. You have the option to not have housekeeping come into the room and are given complimentary free drink vouchers for each day you choose not to have them come in. The staff are lovely and helpful and appear to speak lots of languages. The rooms are spacious and lovely as well. As soon as I get home I’m booking another trip here

We have been going to Prague every year for more than 5 years to relax. We have tried several hotel chains, but we felt the best here. The hotel is very clean and it is a special pleasure that they pay attention to energy awareness and strive to ensure that the guests do the same, which they reward with a gift. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide selection. The hotel has its own parking lot, which made our job easier. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away.

Great service from the staff. The breakfast space seems to be small during rush hours. Food quality and variety was according to the expectations - very good! Try to get out through the park (not funicular) - there are some very nice panoramas.

From start to finish our stay was just fantastic. We had emailed to say it was our wedding anniversay and we got a lovely suprise in the room with chocolates and a lovely letter written to us and a room with a view of Prague. Olga checked us in on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, lovely first impression of the Hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and loads of variety. Rooftop bar was a delight to relax in the evenings and swimming pool and jaccuzzi to relax in. Peter went out of his way to explain all the Trams to get to go into Prague center. We would highly recommend this Hotel. Fabulous from start to finish. Thanks Olga and Peter, Hotel very luck to have both of you.

Absolutely beautiful accomodations and Peter at the front desk was a rock star getting us pizza delivered after midnight upon our arrival and also having two of the mornings box breakfast as we were departing before breakfast opened. Such a lovely room and loved the funicular!!!

What is not to like here great helpful staff in all area’s, location suited us away from the crowds but 5 mins or less to metro or tram stops and a large shopping mall. The pool is small but we enjoyed a 10 minute swim after doing the sites around Prague centre, lovely breakfast and dinner with outside seating, Sky lounge on 4th floor nice relaxing location with great views of the city. Excellent hotel with everything you need outside of the main tourist area. The staff here ate very welcoming and helpful. On check-in, the reception noticed it had been my sons birthday a few days ago and wished him happy birthday. The hotel is accessed via a funicular car that comes up the hill from the hotel below, which is a fun alternative to a lift. The lower hotel has a lovely bar and bar snacks available. The gym is located here too. Rooms were perfectly fine with all the expected amenities, hairdryer and toiletries, etc. We requested slippers and robes that arrived quickly. The extra bed was a little small for my giant 17 year old, but was perfectly comfortable, and we had lots of space. We were ground floor with a small garden terrace and views across prague. The sky lounge is recommended for even better views, and if you are out about the metronome, it is a fab spot for extensive views across the whole city, too. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from the old town and tourist centre but there is plenty along the way, shopping centres, street musicians, restaurants and little shops. For us, it was an ideal location. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were lovely after a day out. There is a great little pizza /gyros shop down the road for excellent value snacks or takeout or an Indian restaurant 1 minute across the road. There is a park below the hotel if you fancy a walk in nature. The breakfast room is lovely and was great too and plenty of choice, with full English or pastries, cereals, etc, and gluten-free options. It was really peaceful here and a lovely place to stay for our 4 nights in Prague. …
