- I accidentally booked this hotel for completely different date, found out at reception, receptionist rebooked our stay for date I wanted with completely no extra cost - this is the most five star thing a hotel can ever do, very nice and extremely professional (very big thumbs up for this kind of infinite professionality) - room is nice and...

Cheap and good hotel, nice and simple breakfast but complete (from espresso coffee to sausage and tomato). No problem. Not too far from the old new town of Prague. Tram stop at just 3 minutes walking.

I had emailed earlier in the day (using Google translate) to inform them that I would be arriving late for my booking and received back a reply that said that was fine. Arrived at the hotel at about 1.30 am and spent @ fruitless minute ringing the night bell before anyone arrived. He was the most unnecessarily rude and surly...

We stayed here in early June 2016 and were pretty happy all things considered. The hotel is clean and well located. It's 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop, 10 minutes to the main railway station and about 15-20 to Wenceslas Square. It's a cute little place. Don't expect luxury, the rooms are dated, however they are functional and...

When I booked I did not expect anything grand, I got exactly what I anticipated for my money. The breakfast is adequite, the staff is nice. The room and bathroom were clean, the furniture was a bit old fashioned, but the beds were comfortable. We also liked the location. It was really close to the bus station which was convenient...

That stay in the hotel in Prague was disgusting! To begin with the receptionist (an old man) was rude to us, demanding to give a vaucher, even we had totally payed our stay and had electronic confirmation. In the hotel there is no luggage storage, you should gove your bags to the man and he put them in the hall...

From previous reviews expected the location of the hotel to be a lot more convenient to get to however is about 40 mins walk to the city centre. The hotel room was a lovely size and we got a beautiful view down the street on the 4th floor, the breakfast was also very convenient and satisfying. However, reception staff were...

The hotel is located in Praha 3 district walking distance from Florenc bus and train st. With a bust stop at 2 mins walking distance. City centre is only 1-2 stops by metro and main train station is just the next stop. Location was fine however i would still recommend to take a hotel in Praha 1. The staff was...

Nice place, food decent but the guy at the reception was a bit difficult, had a nice time around the area, Would recommend using UBER as well super cheap in the area! Breakfast is ok but you could get better food elsewhere, there is a really good pizza place opposite the hotel which is dirt cheap

Hotel is located in a quiet place, just few min walking from the bus station, 10-15 min from the main station and 20 min from the Vatslav square. So we could easily get even the city-center on foot:) There is a food market just under your nose, few restaurants. The room is ok, was cleaned daily. Breakfast are standard, fresh...
