It's one of the most comfortable hotels I had stayed in. Exquisite suite and personnel. Would like point out the receptionist Adema. She was able to solve a problem I had in the middle of the night. And generally was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel and nice staff , thanks for all reception staff Miss smail , Arena and Dasha outstanding support and hospitality. I will be back to hotel again for sure. The location is one of the best and highly recommended for visitors due to all attractions around by waking.in addition to cleanness of the room

Hidden Gem! Loved it!❤️❤️❤️ Adriana is top class!xx drinks and cocktails were lovely and could not rate the service more. Only been opened 3 weeks but will defo be a total success. Will be on our list for our next visit to Prague. Will try the food next time.

We had a great time in this hotel, all the sights are within walking distance, caring staff, especially Dasha, good cuisine, a bar on the terrace and comfortable beds. Will definitely come back again!

Great experience and hotel! Very close to all museums and mounements to visit, shops, etc..staff friendly , room clean and breakfast was super nice with a lot of choices. I do recommend this hotel and they also have nice dinning and bar in the evenings..

Very nice place with great drinks! All the staff was amazing, especially Zhanna was very helpful about recommendations for our visit in Prague. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the entire staff was extremely kind and friendly. Definitely a very nice place!

A great hotel right in the heart of Prague, it is in a great location and most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly thank to Mr. Pavel for his kindness and hospitality during our stay in the hotel. Very nice design hotel, with comfortable room. Despite the busy central location the room was very quiet and well isolated. Very nice tapas, Czech style. Very friendly and professional staff with special reference to Georgi at reception. The ambience is very casual with reception inside the restaurant. Efficient online check-in and check-out options.
