Visited Prague for the first time and stayed at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and staff are friendly. Decor is modern and the location is good. It is right around the corner from the horror bar and is around a 30 minute walk to Pargue 1 / old town / St Charles Bridge. Hotel is a 12 minute walk from bus and tram stops making it easy to get to and from the airport. There are also shops close by. Good place to stay for a short or long break - cost effective too.

The location was great! Everything within a 30 minutes walk but if that’s not for you, there is trams nearby. Room was great. It had a safe. We had a late flight and they let us keep our luggage here, with a special room dedicated to keeping them safe. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

My husband and I visited Prague for a week. We were looking for a decent place at an affordable rate - in the states, I would say something like a Holiday Inn. The reviews were great for this place, but I’d like to go back and ask some of those reviewers why they rated it as they did. Our impression of Prague has forever been tainted by our negative experience at this hotel. I believe it should be a hostel. The sheets were worn and stained. The towels literally had holes in the middle of them. The front desk staff appeared inconvenienced with questions. One day we used a bowl and mug and left them on the mini bar counter. I expected they’d be replaced with a fresh set so I could use them again. When we went to front desk to inquire, we were told housekeeping would come by. The housekeeper came in and while we were there, washed the dishes in the bathroom sink and left. I could have washed the dishes. I was expecting they’d be replaced with a clean set, not washed in our room. During our entire 7-day stay (we tried to depart early but had prepaid and refunds were not available), we received 4 very small bottles of body wash. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The layout of the room was such that the bed took up the entire space, and then past the bed, was a long, almost hallway type space. One end was a counter and mini-fridge, the other a desk and lamp. Perhaps this poor use of space was the “design” part of the hotel? Ice was only available by asking at the front desk. The clerk would walk over to the small, minimalist and impersonal “bar” area, grab a glass and fit it with ice. The tv lost signal every 2 minutes or so and while we asked if it was possible to adjust the settings to show programming in English, the front desk clerk said, I think so, but not sure how. This was more of a 2-3 star hotel. Don’t be deceived by the reviews.…

Not sure how this properly received a TripAdvisor travelers choice award. This place is average at best. Location is not bad, easy access to lesser town and close to tram line. Room was decent size and relatively clean. Bed and pillows are not particularly comfortable. Towels and linens are worn, frayed, scratchy, and have holes. Hotel is extremely stingy with amenities. They provide tiny shampoo / body wash bottles that were good for one shower - but do not replenish on a daily basis. Same for instant coffee packets and tea bags. TV signal was terrible - constantly cutting out. Walls are in need of paint, especially where there are remains of mosquitos or gnats that have been squished on the walls. I was mostly disappointed with the staff. Except for one person, the front desk team was unhelpful and unfriendly. The housekeeping staff was cold and impersonal. I would not recommend.…

Dear Chegland0329 Thank you for your review. I am glad you liked the location of our hotel and the size and cleanliness of your room. I am sorry to read that we were not able to meet your expectations in other aspects of your stay. Our hotel linen and towels were replaced a couple of months ago on the basis of regular exchange. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify the period of your stay. Nevertheless, holes in the linen are certainly not acceptable. If such an inconvenience ocures, the housekeeping replaces the linen or towels immediately on request. Also, extra amenities can be supplied free of charge if there is not enough. TV signal was checked and newly set as some TV programs migrate between frequencies and satellites. Thank you for pointing this out to us. We continuously correct scratches and stains on our walls and do a complete repaint during the low season. Obviously, we did not manage to have the walls fully ready in your case. Please accept my apologies for this. I am very sorry to read that just one member of our staff was friendly and helpful. This is certainly not acceptable and I have already spoken to the front office manager and made sure all staff members know how to behave to our customers. The staff were so friendly and throughly helped me enjoy my holiday suggesting places to visit and eat. Also the hotel was clean and perfect air condition for summer Prague. Everyone at the hotel spoke perfect English which helped a lot.

This hotel is a good example of ripping off people in Prague hiding behind policy or unaccountability. I have recently made a booking by mistake for which they received payment, a significant amount. I immediately wishing a few minutes notified them. However, I was refused a refund due to their "policy". I visited the hotel and demanded some explanation, but I was made fun of and very impolite staff refused to connect me to manager. The matter is with the police and legal process now.

Room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that did not please me in room was the dust on TV and thencold. The room was really cold even though there is a radiator. We asked for a wine corkscrew, but the receptionist said he couldnt lend us one. I wouldnt expect that in a 4-star hotel. The location of the hotel is ok, its just futher from metro station, or we just couldnt find a closer than Andel.
