There was a mix up with our room the first night but I blame Jet2 for not communicating our request clearly, so we wasted a bit of our first night and day moving to a twin room.

This hotel is very clean,towels changed daily.Great location near to Charles bridge only two stops with tram and then few minutes of walk with amazing view.Tesco close to hotel as well many restaurants and pubs.Staff very helpful.

Yes, there is tram number 9 running from the hotel to the Wenceslas square (even though it is a very nice 15 minutes walk) and then there is a bit further tram 22 which takes you to the Prague Castle. The front office will be happy to help you with this and show on the map. The tickets are available at the front desk or directly at the tram stop from a machine. Alternatively from a tobaco shop just accross the street from the station.
