The hotel was nice and clean. The first day we couldn't have our room cleaned as the maids did not come to the room until the evening when we were getting ready to go out again. I've never known maids to come to the room...More

The room was insane at this hotel with a sofa, gorgeous bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space! The breakfast was lovely with complimentary hot drinks ALL DAY!!! The location is the perfect location, close to all major sights and next to the main shopping area!...More

Hi there is but it is not easy to use. I would advise booking an airport pickup. They are really great. Pick you up at arrivals with a board with your name on. Give you information about the city and sights as you pass them... More

I am not sure about public transport. We booked a taxi online. It cost €42 return.

Yes there is a hairdryer in the bathroom and they supplied shower wash, bubble bath and body lotion along with a sewing kit, earplugs (which I didnt need as it is not noisy ) and a shower cap. there is a M&S in the Old town... More
