We stayed for two nights in the comfort double bedroom and were both very impressed by the hotel. It's not a budget hotel, but it's worth paying the extra bit in return for the style, comfort and service. The room was beautifully spaced, with many conveniences (tea/coffee making, fridge/mini bar, tv with Netflix, room climate control, complimentary sparkling wine, hairdryer, shower amenities). The bathroom and shower were superb. The bed was a little on the hard side for me, but my husband thought it was very comfy. The sheets are very clean and crisp. Importantly, our room faced the street and we heard absolutely nothing: the rooms is very well isolated and you don't need to open the window due to the climate control. The breakfast is highly recommended - wide choice of healthy and sweet and savory items. The location is perfectly fine - all popular attractions on walking distance and there is a metro station or tram stop closeby (we walked everything). Would definitely stay here again upon visiting the beautiful city of Prague.

I loved Mosaic House and would definitely stay here again! It's a lovely boutique hotel that has it's own ambiance, different than your run of the mill chain hotel. It's conveniently located within about a 7 to 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and public transportation. The rooms are clean, neat and uniquely furnished. Also, this is the only hotel I've stayed at in the past two years (since COVID) that has daily maid service to swap out fresh towels, make the bed, etc., which was very appreciated. The staff were very friendly and because I stayed 8 days, I received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a small couch and also a bottle of Prosecco (I didn't get a chance to drink it, but was nice to have). Amenities include TV, espresso maker with coffee, cups, saucers, spoons, bottles of water (both still and with bubbles), glasses, safe, small fridge (mostly with mini bar items but you could fit a drink or two), plenty of hangers, blow dryer, automated blinds for windows, blow dryer, etc. Also, there is a laundry very near the hotel that will wash, dry and fold a couple of loads for about $20 USD. This is awesome so that you can minimize the amount of clothing you need to pack. I can't say enough nice things about this property. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

We stayed in the Mosaic design hotel for 4 nights last week. From the moment of our arrival in the taxi from the airport (organised by the hotel) our stay was relaxed and faultless. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted by the most lovely smell and the staff on reception couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.
We stayed in a standard room which whilst on the cosy side had everything you might need, a designer modern bathroom with an excellent shower and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. If I had one tiny criticism it would be that a few more hangers than the 6 provided would have been useful.
We enjoyed our welcome glass of Prosecco in the secret garden and the recommendation of a local Argentinian steak restaurant was spot on.
Location was perfect, short walk to the river, the old town and all the major sights. Some great bars in the immediate hotel area too, definitely check out bar 23 for a fab friendly vibe, and a wide range of delicious cocktails at £4 each.
If you like Asian food the Asian Kitchen restaurant attached to the hotel is not to be missed, probably the best Asian food I’ve ever had with friendly attentive service.
If you’re looking for a hotel in Prague, stop looking and book this one.

Check-in was seamless and the staff was nothing but helpful. Loved the chilled bottle of Prosecco and personal welcome note that was waiting in my room upon arrival. The room itself was clean with great soft linens/towels and a comfortable bed. There was also bottles of sparkling and still water, along with items to make tea or coffee (all gratis). As a solo traveler I felt the location was convenient and felt very safe. I enjoyed my stay here so much I extended my stay an extra 2 nights. Will definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is modern, artistic, fun, very clean - we had amazing time here!
We arrived 4 hours before check-in and the room was ready with cold Prosecco in less than 1 hour, even though we just asked if we can leave our bags somewhere safe while we explore the city. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
My favourite part was the lounge and omg all of those TACHEN books <3
It is like 1km away from the center, and we could walk everywhere from the hotel.
My friends and I agreed to come again and also

We stayed here for 3 nights to explore the city. We had a standard room with breakfast and they gave us a truly amazing room with a spectacular terrace overlooking Prague old town. Everything was so lovingly prepared and with such attention to detail; it was as if they listened to every customer wish ever voiced.
The terrace had comfy and stylish chairs, lots of beautiful potted plants, making it a city oasis. The interior of the hotel was modern and very luxurious, yet not at all cold or anonymous. The decor was tasteful, personal and honored the rich heritage of the house itself. The room, next to all normal hotel amenities, had cozy lighting, extremely comfortable bedding (and normally I hate hotel beds!), a TV with Netflix, safe WiFi for each room, free water refilled daily, and they even provided us with a ice cold bottle of champagne upon arrival.
And don't even get me started on the breakfast! It is in their small downstairs restaurant, but the staff is super busy providing a huge selection of very fresh and tasty food. Lots of types of bread, cold cuts, great fresh vegetables and salad, lots of seasonal fruit, yogurt and so many toppings thay I lost count, fresh prepared egg dishes, sweets, pancakes... and they have a coffee machine that makes great cappuccino to accompany your morning croissant. Also, juices, and yes, champagne. On Sundays, breakfast is until 12 which is great if you went out the night before.
The location is also a plus. It is right next to some of Prague's famous modern art and within walking distance of most sights in Prague. You feel like you're in the center but secluded enough to rest well at night. Also, they rent out bikes free of charge. Everyone was also extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
I will come back to Prague just to stay in this hotel again. Thank you!!!

Great unique hotel at a reasonable price. Service felt like we were at an upscale hotel. Room was nice size with a decent size bathroom as well.
Location was very central with multiple bus stops nearby if you want to avoid walking.
Unfortunately, pricing was significantly higher if we wanted to extend our stay into the weekend.

The Hotel is very stylish, comfortable and clean.
We did enjoy our stay here. A couple of previous TA reviewers have commented on the welcome bottle of bubbly and tokens for glasses of prosecco they received. We did not have a bottle waiting for us disappointingly, we had an empty champagne bucket, but they did give us 2 tokens for 2 free glasses or prosecco each (which ended up being white wine as they had no prosecco left), so it looks like whether you get a bottle of free bubbly, or not, is actually pot luck.. On the flip side some standard rooms are slightly bigger than others and we may have had a bit of luck in getting a slightly bigger one.. There were a couple of glitches with towels not being changed on one occasion which got sorted out quite quickly and unfortunately on the last day the radiators were not working, (actually the rad in the bathroom only came on 1 day out of the whole week), we did not feel like calling reception yet again and to be fair the room was warm enough.
Other than that I liked the fact that the hotel room was spotless, a complementary cup of cofee per day, 2 free bottles of water replenished every day, the check-in was seemless (they do hold £100 deposit on your card which is refunded after your stay) and they gave us 3 or 4 nice toffees on check out -- nice touch.
Can't comment on the breakfast, to be fair on the pics it looked very good but at £32 for a couple of breakfasts each day we though it to be a bit too steep as were the SPA and massages.
Again, comfortable room nice TV with a couple of English channels but did have youtube, and nice view out of the windows.
All in all would I stay again? Yes I would.

Dear ColMoschin, Thank you very much for your review and for your constructive criticism about some details. The welcoming prosecco in the room is for guests who booked Comfort rooms or higher category. For Standard rooms, we provide tokens for glasses of Prosecco in our Café Mosaic. We deeply apologize we did not have the prosecco at that time. It was an exceptional situation. The towels in the bathroom are changed when they are placed on the floor. We will check this with our housekeeping to ensure that our team is well managed. Regarding breakfast, it can be bought on spot for 16 euros per person or it is included in the price of the room. The price in pounds is not accurate then. The spa and massages are additional services. Unfortunately, space was very limited and we could not build a large enough wellness area for all guests. This would not work and lead to great dissatisfaction. That's why we decided to make it "small but extremely nice": our sauna and our SPA are exclusive and probably among the best in Prague in terms of design, quality and equipment. We would like to offer guests an experience, by candlelight and with a fruit tray and Prosecco in a private atmosphere. Unfortunately, it is not possible to include all of this in the room price and we would not be able to do this for every guest. However, we don't want to raise false expectations or even the appearance of a scam, which is why it is clearly stated on our site as an additional offer including prices. We hope despite these problems, you enjoyed your stay at Mosaic House and you will visit us again. Thank you again for your understanding. Kind regards, Marie - Sales

We have been at the Mosaic Hause just after the renovation. We loved the terrace of the room, a real green oasis. Perfect to restore after a busy day in the city! The rooms have a modern nice design. Perfect cleaning. The bar has original design pieces and a library with very big spaces to relax. We have also eaten several times at the the Thai restaurant (you should try the prawns!!!). The position is perfect: a tram station is just at the other side of the street and by foot you can reach in 10 minutes the National Theatre and Wenceslas Square!

Our room had a very good hairdryer
We stayed in a Comfort room and there was a very good hairdryer in the room. I can't say if there are hairdryers in the Standard rooms but I suspect there will be, or if not, the extremely helpful hotel staff would be able to organise one for you. Hope that helps
Yes, but it depends on which way you order. Flexible or non-refundable price.
