I stayed at this hotel in September 2016, and am reviewing from the perspective of an American traveler. On the plus side: the location is great for the price paid. Not exactly in the center of it all, but pretty close. We just had to walk a few blocks to transportation, museums, King Wenceslas Square etc. The rooms were also...

Great Hotel. Centrally located and very close to Muzeum metro station. Easy to walk to King Wenceslas Square, and all other attraction in the center of Prague. The hotel and staff are very welcoming.i would recommend the breakfast buffet, as there's a great selection and a real boost for starting the day. i would definitely return.

The loaction was great : 5 min walk from muzem metro station and 2 min walk from i p pavlova tram station, the hotel is very luxrious, and the room was huge (28 meters!!) the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the airport transport cost us only 700 korona. The only downside that the room wasnt aircondtioned (only heaters...

A fantastic cocoon of Century old interior and decor. However, the rooms are modern, spacious, newly appointed and immaculate. Great location and the staff are Sooo helpful. Nothing is too hard. Highly recommended

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms here were incredibly spacious and luxurious, and we were provided with fresh toiletries and towels daily. As we stayed during July, the weather was very hot, but the fact that the staff had equipped our room with a rotating fan was a great idea. We were immensely grateful for this! The...

Great place. Our accommodations were more like a large apartment than a hotel room. The location is very good (easily walkable to the train station with carry-on bags) and the service was super friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a long weekend over bank holiday August. On arrival the first thing you see is the fantastic staircase. The interior of the building is gorgeous, with lots of ornate features. It was beautiful and clean with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Reception were polite and helpful, always with a smile. You had to walk about 10 minutes to the...

The only reason I give it one point, is bcz it's got spacious rooms, apart from that there is no facility, the breakfast is horrible and the staff is non cooperative, shall not recommend it to anyone..

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Usually our attitude with bad reviews is to understand why the guests made the review with minus and to improve our service. But in this case it is not like that and you know it! Your impoliteness with our staff and with your own girlfriend/wife was too much for us. So we are...

Nice stay in a junior suite with husband and 15 year old daughter. Our daughter slept on a bed settee which was set up ready and in the kitchenette area thus avoiding us all sharing one sleeping area, this went down well with my daughter. It also had a table and chairs and basic kitchen supplies. Very noisy with traffic...
