Very clean and fresh looking but… No parking, shower drain was plugged with gross hair from previous guests I am guessing? Whole bathroom flooded because there is minimal slope to the drain and it plugged immediately. The sink drain won’t drain because stopper is broken. There is nowhere on the vanity to set stuff and no soap dish or niche for soap and shampoo in the shower. Blinds on skylight broken. Main door closer is way too strong- you can’t get in and out with luggage. Key card needed to use lights but they only give you one card so I went to grab something from the car so I had to take the card so my other family was in the dark while I ran down. They did give me another card upon request but it only worked on the lights. Then after one night…the vanity light stopped working altogether. Reception is in another neighboring hotel and they weren’t super friendly and I couldn’t even tell them all the issues I found because the line was so long because they were checking guests in and out of 2 hotels and probably they were all complaining about stuff too so I had to leave. Anyway…the room is nice and beds are comfy and clean and thats good enough but it’s function is so below par for a new hotel!…

What a fantastic hotel, modern spacious rooms with the best shower i've ever used, and wonderful helpful staff especially the receptionists who provided us with loads of useful information to enjoy our stay in Prague,hope to visit again first class.

A brilliant hotel on the outskirts of the city. It is very modern and comfortable. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, helping us book a tour; thanks Julia! Rooms are spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Woukd highly recommend to anyone.

Our room was so new, the baseboards had not been completed ! Nor was there anywhere to put our suitcases or even a chair. Having said that, the staff did their best to help us and a new chair was forthcoming - so new it still had the ticket on it. The room and shower room are both very modern - they could do with some hooks on the back of the doors and a shelf in the shower. The bed was the most comfortable of our Europe trip and the TV gigantic !!! The young Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and, when they heard it was my birthday, printed out a delightful card and gave it to me with some chocolates - much appreciated ! You have to go outside in the morning to walk a short way to the Red and Blue Design Hotel for breakfast - OK if the weather is good !!! Very good breakast choices. Tram stop that will take you across the river to the Old Town is within walking distance. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.…

I've stayed for a week and it was perfect vacation cause staff helped me to solve my "little troubles" and make everything to make my stay better. The room was tidy and nice. I'm very demanding on cleanliness but here I had nothing to complain about. I'll come here again for sure!!!

A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of guests are the main priorities. Well trained staff. I believe that the owners of all hotels in the Czech Republic should use such hotels as a model.

Very nice, fresh hotel with great staff, Ondrej was really helpful with advices, where to go, also manager Margarita was there to take care of us, with bottle of wine, it was our celebration. We had room with view to the city of Prague, everything was close, all I can say, thumbs up, keep rolling and we will recommend this hotel to our friends or family.
