Allure is located in the Jewish quarter, a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Perfect location! Our room was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel is new and so everything is beautiful. The staff, though, was what really made this hotel exceptional. They helped us with EVERYTHING including my damaged luggage, many changes in dinner reservations, a rental car and parking. Filip in particular was always there with a smile, but the others were also great. Highly recommend this!!

I had an incredible stay here with a friend for 3 nights in February. From the beginning the staff were so friendly & helpful. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco & Filip at reception gave us a map and let us know all the essential places to visit during our stay including restaurant & sight-seeing recommendations. The staff at reception helped us with out luggage & were extremely helpful in getting us settled for our stay. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. It was cold in Prague during our visit & there was no problem getting extra blankets. The bathroom was perfect & plenty of hot water available. Dressing gowns & slippers were provided for us. The small bar at the lobby is cosy & stylish with lots of drinks options & friendly staff. There is beautiful Czech glassware to be found all across the hotel, including in the bedrooms & the amazing piece in the stairwell. The hotel itself is about 5 minutes from the old town square if you’re a fast walker; there is a gorgeous cafe across the main entrance called Elvira that serves lovely coffees & cakes. When we were leaving, a taxi was arranged for us easily by reception staff. Overall we had an incredible stay & I have already recommended this hotel to family & friends, and will continue to do so. I usually take weeks to determine what hotel to stay in, but when we planned a last minute trip to Prague, we chose this hotel with only a few minutes research. Boy, did we get lucky! Our room was beautiful, the people who run the hotel couldn’t have been nicer, and the breakfast was delicious. Old Town Square is just a short walk away - when you arrive there you feel as if you entered a fairytale! I really can’t think of anything I would change about the Allure Hotel. It played a large role in our having a wonderful trip to Prague!

We could not a fault a single thing! From the location to the beautiful clean modern and large rooms...everything was perfect. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and provided us with great tips for eating an sightseeing. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in Europe too! This was truly a special hotel to make our stay in Prague 10 out of 10.

The hotel was lovely. Super clean. Comfortable bedding. Staff, particularly Filip, were lovely. Very nice breakfast and the breakfast staff were so helpful and pleasant. It was in walking distance of wherever we wanted to go.The bathroom had heated floors and towel racks. The only issue we had was that the room was very, very small. We were there for three nights and really couldn’t unpack. The night stands were about the size of a personal pizza. I wish there had been a bit more room for clothing storage. We lived out of our suitcases. Despite that, I would highly recommend it.

I was expecting amazing service due to other reviews, but it was even better than I have ever imagined. The hotel is very beautiful, new, with a lovely design, clean. It is in a great area, just a few minutes away from the Astronomical Clock, great restaurants, transport and the Vltava. You have everything within easy reach. The staff is friendly, kind and will give you advice on anything you need. They helped us with the parking and they even offered to put our bags in our car. Breakfast is offered in the most beautiful breakfast room I have ever seen, the staff there is also extremely hospitable and the range of foods and drinks is amazing. I strongly recommend the Salmon Eggs Benedict, however everything looks and tastes very fresh. Coffee is also of great selection, they have the fanciest coffee machine. Excellent position, just 5 minutes walking from the old town square. Lovely staff, they also offered us a drink while waiting for the check in. Very new and cool hotel, amazing rooms with all amenities. If you get there by car, the staff can book the parking on the road, they even prolonged ours for a couple of hours! Lovely!

Great hotel, very comfortable, clean, excellent location. Special mention to the staff, in Reception Lucie and Frantisek. All the personal is polite, professional, attentive. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Nice smell as soon as you enter the hotel. You can sense the attention to details.

Great experience. Location is good and a few minutes to the main area. Rooms are spacious Best part of the stay was amazing staff and their hospitality. Every person right from the check in counter to the bartenders were especially courteous and helpful The 2bartenders were very nice ( sorry can't remember your name) and made really tasty cocktails They have a very nice terrace garden right next to the bar area which is a cool place to relax and have a drink
