This a stunning boutique hotel offering exceptional comfort, facilities and service levels in a prime location.
My partner and I stayed here for a 3 night break in December. We booked a standard room and were allocated a room on the fifth floor which was well appointed and beautifully furnished with great amenities including a Nespresso machine, selection of teas, a mini bar stocked with free water, soft drinks and snacks and a Marshall speaker. The bathroom was ultra modern with a Japanese style toilet, large walk-in rain fall shower, underfloor heating and luxury towels and robes. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Our room provided the perfect blend of calm, comfort and refined modern elegance.
The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk from the Vlatva river, the major tourist attractions and the Christmas markets. One advantage of being slightly out of the city centre was that it was super quiet at night which meant that we slept very soundly.
The staff were incredible – attentive, polite, professional, engaging and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were able to store our luggage on arrival and on our last day and the staff on reception were helpful when responding to requests for information or recommendations. The hotel offers complimentary drinks for hotel guests in reception which creates a cozy, warm, inviting and welcoming atmosphere – we enjoyed our drinks on arrival and on several occasions during our stay whilst sitting by the fire before heading out for dinner.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Manes more highly. The hotel is thoroughly deserving of its number one spot on TA.

Simply the best stay we've ever had in Europe. The entire staff is extremely polite, friendly, caring and professional (from the reception to the cleaning and breakfast staff). This hotel will be remembered as one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk after a very early morning of traveling with our room unbelievably ready at noon. Our luggage was managed by staff who escorted us to our room and provided an intro to the features . We had booked the deluxe family suite which was on the top floor of the building and literally slept beneath the stars through a large ceiling window. The room was beautiful with neutral colors in shades of black, gray and white. We loved the motion activated lighting under the bed and in the bathroom. The hotel location provided us easy access to all the major sites and it was extremely quiet., We had dinner at the Asian fusion restaurant in their sister hotel around the corner that was also memorable. During my „corporate life“ I have spent decades in hotels and know all the international hotel chains very well. Last week I spent 3 days in the Manes Boutique Hotel Prague and this little treasure beats them all. The design is well done to the very little detail. And it is the details which separates this hotel from others. Everything worked like it should work in a hotel. The air conditioning is very silent and positioned in a way that you will have no draft while lying in bed. The room was silent despite the fact that is was positioned close to the elevator. The room was really dark when you close the curtains and there is an indirect automatic light going on when you move in the dark. There are bathrobes in the room without having to ask for them and there is a Japanese toilet in the bathroom. Needless to say that the food at breakfast was delicious and the personal was friendly, competent and really costumer-oriented. The Manes Boutique Hotel was designed and is managed by people who know and love what they do and it shows. It’s maybe one of the best hotels I ever stayed in and concerning the price-value relationship its definitely the best one for me. Try it, you won‘t regret.

The brand new hotel serves a rich and tasty breakfast including sausages, light drinking cheeses and excellent coffee. The hotel is in a quiet and pleasant location and easily accessible by transport, not far from nearby restaurants and bars. Manes Boutique Hotel Prague is a truly great hotel. Situated just outside the Old Town means you escape the crowds and the noise, but it’s close enough to walk there, or catch the tram right out front or by the river. Rooms are beautifully decorated, though something to beware of if you choose the top floor 2 storey suite like we did, you will need to haul your bags up a narrow steep set of stairs to the bedroom and wardrobes when you reach the room, and that’s after negotiating the world’s tiniest lift to get there (a larger one behind runs from the landing above the ground floor, to the landing between 5 and 6). But these rooms also come with upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Staff were superb - funny, helpful, informative, immediately offering welcome drinks, or in fact drinks anytime of the day for guests, and when the birthday became known there were drinks and a bottle sent to the room. There’s a breakfast room, and two restaurants attached to the building, but we skipped them all and instead had the superb pastries and coffee from across the road at Arctic. A first class stay in a magic city.

We stayed in this boutique hotel for 3 nights and we were simply struck by the attention paid to the guest by both the guys at the reception and the breakfast staff, the latter truly exceptional in both the savory and sweet choices, with fresh products every day. morning just think that there was even the gem of the ginger root centrifuge preserved fresh in a glass ampoule! The furnishings of the room are very refined, Japanese toilet with the possibility of a built-in bidet, LEDs everywhere both around the bed and in the bathroom, decorations with Fornasetti ceramics in the hall and in other spaces of the hotel, this is to make you understand the attention to detail of this structure, I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Manes during my next stay in Prague, congratulations indeed!

My husband & I stayed here for a Christmas market break from 2nd to 7th December booked through BA & had a lovely stay. We booked a duplex suite (located on the 6th floor) & were allocated room 608. The room was very spacious & had 2 bathrooms which made getting ready for a day’s sightseeing so much easier. We had a large king sized bed & separate duvets which was perfect if you suffer from duvet hoggers! Plenty of storage space (both downstairs & upstairs) and a large safe for valuables. Nespresso machine provided & mini bar stocked with water, soft drinks etc which was very reasonably priced which we did use on a couple of occasions. Both bathrooms had under floor heating & the shower was located downstairs with the large bath upstairs. Housekeeping did a very good job every day of cleaning our room, thank you. Breakfast was served in the cafe next door each morning & we found the choice to be good, staff very friendly & even gave us a large selection to take with us to the airport when they found out it was our last morning. The lift going to the 6th floor is quite small & we had to make 2 trips to reception when checking out, avoid if you are claustrophobic 😁 All staff were very friendly & helpful, would love to stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at The Manes, and can't recommend it highly enough. The service was outstanding and the room was modern, clean and cosy. It was the little touches that really made our stay though - free glasses of wine in the cosy lobby area day and night, the beautiful scent in the rooms, and even the crackling fire appearing on the TV when you entered the room. The room itself was really well designed, with electric blinds, automatic lights at night, and even a basket to put throw pillows in - avoiding them ending up on the floor. The only small negative was the see through bathroom door, but that's just a small quibble. This really was one of the best city stays we've had.

Staff can't do enough for you, very friendly and offering free prosecco, coffee, wine or soft drink and cake anytime you pop into reception.
Decor is luxurious and modern,
it's the little touches that make it special... I was very happy to find a free standing magnifying make-up mirror in the ultra modern bathroom. The toiletries smell lovely. Housekeeping also very accommodating when we requested sheets rather than duvet. The bedding is lovely (including the duvet, just too hot for me) feather pillows and very comfy beds. Mini bar stocked with good variety. Rooms are light and airy, with several cosy lighting options and motion sensor lights under bed should you need to get up in middle of night.
Breakfast in little cafe next door was also great and lovely ambience.
Great location everything walking distance, we used bolt when we were feeling lazy (we didn't fancy half hour walk to castle) but old town square and clocktower are an easy walk away, with lots of bars and restaurants on the way.
For smokers, there are some very cute benches out the front, to sit with your (free) prosecco and watch the world go by.
If I come back to Prague I will definitely stay here again.

The Duplex Suites have two floors - first floor has a full bathroom (with bathtub) and a small living area with couch. The second floor has a bedroom and another full bathroom (with shower). the couch on the first floor might be a pull-out. If not, the hotel may have a cost they can provide.
