Pros: Location location location, staff and service (the concierge was lovely), solid gym, and the lounge was great. Cons: Overpriced even in the off-season, our room was tight and lacking in natural light (I wanted to measured to see if it was anywhere near the advertised ~500 sqft), and a promised upgrade never materialized.

We stayed here for three nights prior to a Danube River Cruise. It appears that in addition to Tauck, Viking and AMA Waterways use this hotel as they had tour desks in the same area. The location is great for sightseeing! If our luggage did not arrive, we had planned to go over to the Palladium but did not need it but did walk over. It is a five minute walk and has many American names, so if you did need to pick-up items, it was close by. Our room 758 was on top floor so some of the ceilings were angled but we enjoyed the room with spacious sleeping, work and bathroom areas. The closet space was ample as well. The shower had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast buffet was amazing with an array of hot and cold items and could get a made-to-order omelet as well. We did have a light late lunch/early dinner the day we arrived. The dill soup was a local item, and glad we tried it. Flavorful and nice for a cool day!!! We would definitely stay here again, if we were to return to Prague. We could walk to many of the attractions....Charles Bridge, Old Town Bridge Tower, Astronomical Clock/Old Town Square, Letna Park, National Theatre, Dancing House and the Mucha Museum. Prague Castle, Lobkowicz Palace and St Vitus Cathedral definitely required car/bus to get to!…

Excelldnt hotel in Prague. Location is perfect for tourist. A mall is just closeby. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were curteous and friendly. Breakfast was good with many items. The only weak area was response over phone from business center - one click option from room telephone. I called from my room to make a request and each time had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Only heard a pre recorded voice that staff are busy with other custoners. I requested a wake up call but no one called in the morning. I think, hotel management should look into this weak area and improve to match with Marriott standards. Rest was well.

Great hotel in the heart of Prague! It's really easy to get to and all of the sights are within walking distance. All of the employees are super friendly and the M Club was especially wonderful. Highly recommend!

The location is right on the edge of the Old City and near the bridge to the Original Old City--Prague seems to have to Old City section. This hotel is nicely furnished, maintained well, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in house dining and bar are both excellent and convenient. The included breakfast buffet is wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here when in Prague.

Flew in from US. Arrived exhausted and they were able to accommodate our early check in. Entire staff was amazing. However the highlight was the M-lounge experience. Gourmet food prepared by amazing chef David. Home made chocolates:)! Fish, beef, small plates. Everything presented by amazing staff brought to our table! Best I’ve ever experienced.

We spent several nights here and liked it very much. Our room was great and there were plenty of options for coffee and eating. The restaurant options seem a little limited, especially salads(pretty basic), but overall good possibilities. It is near many restaurants and shopping and about 10 minutes to Old Town and probably about 15 minute walk to Charles bridge. One day, we had the hotel set up a driver to take us to Prague Castle ($25) and then pick us up 2 hours later and provide an hour of touring ($75). It was worth it as we were both worn out from lots of walking. We learned a lot from our driver who spoke English and could tell us about various areas. The M Club was great for filling in snacks and getting lattes and waters. They do not have a gift shop, so when we wanted some advil, we had to find a pharmacy, but there are quite a few options nearby. The concierge was helpful with dinner spots as well as setting up the driver.…

Very nice Marriott with a friendly, kind and efficient staff. The double queen room was spacious with adequate closet and drawer space. It's furnishings included a desk and chair and chaise lounge. The bed side table was a shelf between beds. I would have preferred a night stand with a drawer. The bathroom provided adequate counter space and a tub/shower combo with a good shower. A grab bar to steady a climb over the deep side of the tub would maximize safety. This hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to the Tyne church and astronomical clock. The soundproofing is excellent. We were on the 3rd floor and couldn't hear any noise from the street. We also didn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Service from the entire staff was excellent. Great location for nearby dining and an easy walk to the old city center. Christina at the Concierge desk was especially helpful, finding a Czech bead store that we would not have found on our own. She made us reservations at the busy restaurant Le Republica, one street over from the Marriott, and we did need reservations even on a weekday. Thanks, Christina!
