However I need here to share the happy surprise I had with such a high quality staff both at reception and at restaurant and in particular at the bar. Absolutely faultless stay at the Hilton Prague Old Town. We stayed 4 nights. Ideally located for all main attractions which are in walking distance. Hotel and rooms spotless. Attention to detail was fantastic including decent magnifying mirror in the bathroom on the wall and main mirror which didn’t mist up on using shower. Hairdryer and iron available in room, and tea and coffee etc and complimentary large bottle of water every day. Courtesy call twice during our stay to check if we were satisfied with room cleaning. Hotel has a decent gym and the sauna and pool were great too. We were b and b only so cannot comment on other meals but the breakfast was everything and more, and included cooked, continental, omelettes made to order, pastries, cereals, fruit and salad vegetables, breads, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, porridge, waffles, even chia pudding and Bircher muesli, and sparkling wine as well as tea, coffee, juices etc. Staff attentive and very pleasant; nothing was too much trouble. We were located on the 8th floor and never heard any noise from other guests. Very good supermarket across the road from the hotel if needed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Prague.…

I made reservation directly on Hilton Old Town Prague website for three rooms (CZK52,211.55), and I choose the option to pay upon check in. My credit card authorization for CZK0 was done during the booking process, and I received reservation confirmation promptly. On the next day, I was notified by my credit card that Hilton Old Town Prague attempted to charge CZK23459.79 on my card, I have no idea at all so I rejected it. I informed reservation by email that it was wrong charge, but no one explain to me what is happening. I am member of Hilton group and have stayed with Hilton hotels everywhere, it is the first time I experienced such unreasonable claim to charge me "some amount" and without basis by hotel subsequent to a confirmed reservation.

In October, my family and I stayed for a few days at the HILTON PRAGUE OLD TOWN. It was our second stay here, the first being in 2019. We rebooked because our first stay was outstanding! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Old Town Prague and excellent sites. Most all of the hotel staff were very friendly. As a Diamond Member they automatically upgraded our room. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower was very dirty, see enclosed pic. Upon asking if I could get a different room, the lady at the front desk, who was apparently the manager, was not very accommodating and simply rude. After a lengthy discussion, we finally got a different room, which was much smaller. The next day, another manager, who was very nice, found us another room, which seemed to be a renovated room. It was very nice and very clean. I did appreciate their concern to ensure we were happy, but the attitude of the first manager set a bad impression for the stay.…

This is a very good hotel, and very friendly staff. The location is excellent, right near the Palladium Shopping Mall/Obeci Dum Concert Hall. They know how to look after Elite Hilton Honor members, as we were given a complimentary upgrade to a nice suite. We had a choice of full buffet breakfast at the dining room, or at the Executive lounge. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. They also have nice food/drinks at the Executive lounge in the evening. We could easily walk to the Wenceslas Square or the Old Town Square, about 10min. It's very safe to walk, with many beautiful shops/buildings along the way. The Imperial Cafe is a very nicely decorated cafe 3 min walk from the hotel. There are several nice local restaurants nearby, e.g. Kolkovna Celnice (2min walk), Le Republica (5 min walk). I also recommend visiting/watching a show at the Obecni Dum concert hall. a short walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and would recommend it. …

Location is excellent, we walked all around the city and the hotel never felt too far. Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast had lots of choices and food was great. The only con of our stay - and it really wasn't bad- is that the executive lounge was very full every night. That is more a function of too many Diamond members traveling, not the hotel's fault. Next time we're in Prague we will definitely be back.

The location of the Hilton Old Town is super and walking distance to everything. The staff and service is super and very responsive. The breakfast buffet was nice and again staff responsive. I will definitely be back to the Hilton Old Town and will recommend to friends.

The front desk team (especially Ryan!) were all completely welcoming, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to be helpful. The Executive Lounge was also exceptional — a great Happy Hour with very nice selection of food and drink. And there, too, everyone was so nice! Room was clean and well-appointed. And the location is wonderful to walk to the main square.
