Lovely staff, quick check in. Rooms basic and clean. The quilts and pillows tho, so comfortable. We knew the hotel was quite far from anywhere but we walked into town (1.15hrs) and used bolt for taxis which was very cheap. A half hour drive to the airport was £13. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks

The hotel staff are very helpful and rooms are basic and clean. Breakfast is nice and to get to the old town is a 20 minute tram ride. Lots of hills and steps in area so need to be fit for walking. Lovely hotel and staff . And the beds are very comfortable

The location of this hotel is miles from the main town, up a hill in not a nice place. There were boarded up buildings and graffiti everywhere!!!! The room was big but not nice, there was paint peeling off the walls. The grout in the bathroom was black and not nice. The only thing i can say was the breakfast was ok and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed the 1 night as it was late when we got there, but we booked another hotel for the next few days we were in Prague.

For the money you save, it is NOT worth staying here. The pictures are not accurate at all but are the best pictures you’ll ever see for these rooms. The beds are very small, no a/c, breakfast is just ok and not great, walls are very thin so you can hear neighbours talking, doors slamming and no stores around to buy anything. Yes it is in a quiet residential neighborhood but no view. Overall I would not stay here again. I’m told this hotel is were Czechs stay to save money. The room reminds me of a prison cell you would see on TV. Spend an extra bit of money and go somewhere else.

In this way, I would like to warn all foreigners who want to stay at the Hotel Aida not to do so. I have a shocking experience with the behavior of this hotel. I paid a week's stay long in advance and when I wanted to change the deadline (emergency in the Czech Republic, Closed Borders) they just said ... sorry, we won't do it and keep the money, we won't change the deadline. It is a scandalous approach, everyone else understood the gravity of the situation and went forward. (airline, car rental, theater tickets etc.) Only this hotel was uncompromising. Beware, you can lose money.

We stayed here on a 3-night deal. It is not in the centre of Prague but on the outskirts (but it has a lovely panoramic view of the city) so be prepared to catch a tram or the metro into the city. The room was clean and functional. There is no bar but however close to the hotel was the Enjoy Bar which was 5 minute walk and good value. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was continental and was very good (especially the pumpkin seed bread).

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's located a little outside the centre but very easily accessible via the local metro (5 min walk from hotel). It's 5 stops into the middle of Prague and an easy journey. What I would say is that it is listed as a 4 star hotel but it is more like a 3. The double room was cosy and comfortable, the only downsides are the bathroom was very small and the walls pretty thin, so if people are up and about in the hall or next room then you can hear it. Like I said we enjoyed our stay here and is reasonably priced, so no real complaints.

Had a pretty good stay in this hotel. Clean and tidy, close to public transport. The train station was about a 5 minute walk and a tram stop is also very close by. I would say it’s a little bit away from the main tourist areas but if you don’t mind travelling a little I would say it’s 100% worth the price. The train takes about 10 minutes into the town and the tram was about 15/20 minutes. We did get an Uber on the way back from the main town after a night on the tiles! Decently priced and not too far away! Staff were very friendly and helpful in the hotel too. Any questions, they were happy to help and always welcoming with a friendly hello. Our room was even ready as soon as we got there about 11am which was unexpected for us. Only downfall we found was with the breakfast, on the one day we had it, the hot food items weren’t very hot but toast and fruit totally fine. Lovely assortment of teas, coffees and fruit juice. All this considering, I would still come back to this hotel.

We arrived at hotel Aida on the 30th December ready to celebrate the new year firstly it stated it was 5 metro stops or 40 minutes walk from the centre of Prague a complete lie you would be lucky to get to the outskirts of the city in that time we did find a tram which we eventually used the 4 days we were there but in the evening we had to use taxis as the streets where the hotel was felt very unsafe the hotel was advertised as a 4* in fact it felt like a very cheap 2* the breakfast was not good I managed a banana and when I went to have a cup of tea the milk curdled in the cup the only saving grace was that the beds were clean as the rooms looked like they needed a good make over I would definitely not recommend this hotel
