Lovely hotel, within walking distance of most of the tourist places, but also has a metro and tram stop close by too, though we didn't use them. Reception very friendly and helpful too. Our room had everything we needed, only issue was we had twin beds, but not really an issue. Breakfast was very good, well stocked continental.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late December 2016. We found it perfectly adequate for out 3 day break. The hotel is in a safe area next to a tram stop and the underground although we did not find it necessary to use any of the public transport that was available as it was a 20 to...

The BW City Hotel Moran is an excellent place to stay when in Prague. Easy walking distance to many places. Our room was nice and clean. The lobby area has gifts and a small convenient store with snacks, water, and wine. Breakfast is included each morning with a variety of wonderful choices.

The B.W. City Moran is an excellent hotel in a great location. A 3/4 minute walk takes you to the river and 15 minutes takes you to the centre of the city. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean, towels were changed every day and the breakfast had everything you...

This hotel is great, room clean and spotless. Staff very polite, courteous and nothing too much trouble. You can get train tickets direct from the desk - do not forget to stamp them as you go through to the undergound. Even though at the first sight the hotel looked a bit "old-style" in what the decorations and amenities were concerned (I guess it's just something specific to Central / Eastern countries), it proved to be very clean and the facilities in the room were new and shiny :) The kettle for tea/coffee was a nice surprise. Average breakfast, no option...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
