We are currently staying at the Don Giovanni Hotel as Prague first timers. We booked the trip out for my partner’s birthday & the experience has been seamless. We arrived quite late, in the hour of 10pm to check in. Check in was swift & efficient and we were shocked and thrilled to see that they had actually upgraded us from an Economy room to an Executive room with a complimentary bottle of wine! Upon discovering our room, we were pleasantly surprised to see the wonderful amenities and the spacious corner room that we were given, we stayed on the 8th floor so a reasonable view of outside. Bathroom is spacious, with the showers having excellent water pressure and amenities both in the shower and on the counter of the sink! We had a welcome notice and two delicious fondant chocolates waiting for us. The minibar does charge for use but we have not felt the desire. My clothing ended up getting soaked due to a fabric suitcase & the air con/heating was really good, my clothes dried out totally by the morning which I was grateful for! My only slight niggle was that we had two single beds together to make a king, I would in the future hope that perhaps DGH would put on a king sized mattress protector and a king sized duvet in order to make it an actual king bed. Otherwise, facilities in our room are excellent! We have yet to use the hotel’s facilities, but plan on using the spa/aqua club & restaurant. Location is excellent for transportation. As newcomers to this wonderful city we were anxious about being able to find our way around, but by the first day we had it mastered! The very easy to use Metro station is about a 2 minute walk away, making navigating the city so seamless and easy! Highly recommend this hotel as it is out of the way of the main city but definitely super easy to get to where you need to go!…

Weve had a lovely stay at this hotel 24-27th November. Room was lovely and got upgraded to executive with a bottle of wine. special thanks to Diana in the restaurant who was really lovely and helpful and very polite and chatty. Would definitely come back.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very helpful. Metro stop access was prefect was easy to get anywhere. Breakfast at the hotel was awesome. The bar service was fantastic especially Diana and Togzhan.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Massage at the spa is highly recommended. The metro is close by for easy travel into the city centre. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices so there is something for everyone. Piano in the foyer is a nice touch

I stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Prague for the first time as a tourist. Ideally located on the metro line even though it's a little out of town. Staff were so helpful, facilities beautifully clean. The breakfast selection was extensive and the live piano was a nice touch. My only complaint which I accept is subjective was that the bed was a little soft for my liking. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

This is a fabulous hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, warm and welcoming bar and lovely variety for breakfast. It is a couple of miles out of town but if a lovely brisk walk isn't your thing there's public transport (buses and tram) stops within spitting distance.
