We came as part of an extension of a Viking Cruise. 1st impressions of the hotel interior were good and definitely their breakfast was excellent. However its location is not that good. 15 minutes walk to anywhere 30 minutes to Old Town. If we had booked as Hilton Gold Members we would have had more control. We were given a fully accessible room with a wet room which meant the bathroom was soaked when we had a shower. When I asked why we were given this room we were told it was a standard room. The Wi-Fi was woeful even after we were given the correct access information. Barely got on and constantly failed. Ate in the café bistro for which the pizza was good but expensive, and the reception staff seemed to take pleasure in saying if we had booked direct with them we would have been given a 500 point voucher. Actually it was a theme with their reception staff. Some friendly and helpful some incompetent and certainly not helpful

Wonderful rooms, location near the river, and amazing breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Enjoyed the location because it was a short distance from the hustle/bustle of the heavier amount of tourism. Also next door to a pharmacy, drug store and supermarket for any needs you may have. Breakfast is one of the best we have had anywhere, with many possible selections of breakfast options.

Big convention hotel, nice junior corner suite assigned, crowded club lounge in the evening, nice views from the hotels roof top bar. Cons: room wasn’t ready even 1 hour after official check in time, shower gel wasn’t filled up in the bathroom, no welcome gift. The other Hilton Old Town did better in those points. Axel

My wife and I stay at this property for 3 days and 2 nights. When we arrived to the Hotel, there was no one at the door to assist us with our belongings. when we got to the front desk, they did not help us as a Hilton Honor Guest. Me and my wife were at the launch having some drinks; my wife deceived to go to tue room and realized her door key didn’t work. She was not able to even come back to the launch as the key didn’t work. She proceeded to the front desk to get her card reactivated. The front desk guy who assisted her was very disrespectful, he humiliated my wife. Instead of helping her reactivate the room key; he rather used an offensive talk and told her she needed to pay a balance reflecting in the account. My wife told him I don’t even have my cell to call my husband as I got locked out the room and my phone was inside the room. He keeps asking her to pay for the pending charges in front of other guests members and other co-workers that also were there. My wife felt very uncomfortable and offended by these allegations in front of everyone in the lobby front desk. I feel very disappointed and embarrassed I don’t recommend this property to anyone.

I spent a weekend here with my ten year old son in November 2023. We arrived late on Friday and had a very friendly welcome from the team on check in. We had plenty of information provided with a useful sheet so that we didn't have to remember all the opening times of restaurants etc. Our room was spacious and had plenty of plug sockets, including USB ports. There were at least three USB ports near my bed and two near my son's bed, and there was a shower and a bath, an ironing board, plenty of wardrobe space and a mini bar. The lights were easily controlled from the bed. There was a large window looking out to the river outside. We were on the executive floor and had breakfast in the executive lounge which had a good selection of food and drinks. I particularly enjoyed the birchermuseli and my son the multitude of bread options! We returned in the evening and again there was good buffet there. We also ate in the cafe, again, the team were really helpful and friendly to both me and my son. We used the pool which was larger than I expected and the facilities there were very good. There were adult only times available too. Check out again was quick and easy with a friendly team.

This is a very good hotel, and very friendly staff. They know how to look after Elite Hilton Honor members, as we were given a complimentary upgrade to a nice suite on the Executive Level 8. We had a choice of full buffet breakfast at the Atrium cafe, or at the Executive lounge. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. They also have nice food/drinks at the Executive lounge in the evening from 5pm-7pm. The hotel has several smart lifts, making it relatively efficient to access the rooms. There is a nice SkyBar on the 9th floor, with great nice night views. The Gym is big on two floors, with modern gym equipment. They have a big swimming pool, with sauna and steam room. The location is convenient, with easy access to Trams and Metro public transport. There's a DM pharmacy and Alberts supermarket in the shopping mall a few minutes walk from the South side exit via Lower Ground. The trams and the Florenc Metro are a few min walk through the shopping mall. The big Palladium shopping center is about 15min walk from the same exit. We could catch metro to the Old Town area (2 stops, 30 Czech per trip). We also walked to the Old Town Square a few times, taking around 25min. It's very safe to walk, with many beautiful shops/buildings along the way. There were a few nice local restaurants nearby (e.g. Le Republica), and the nice Imperial Cafe is about 10min walk from the hotel. I also recommend visiting/watching a show at the Obecni Dum concert hall, about 15min walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and would recommend it.

They throw away reusable plastic bags that I kept in my room for my shopping. They insist in changing the way I put my stuff in the room. It is a privacy invasion. Also this hotel is becoming too expensive, all together with the lower service levels.

I booked this hotel for my husbands 40th birthday It was awful Bar and restaurant Staff were horrible I asked for an upgrade and when arrived we were told the room wasn’t ready And we Could have a room with a bath or a shower They took £200 from my account which I was not told about ( which I am still waiting to receive back ) I am now over drawn No shower gel in the bathroom It was a horrible experience for what I thought would an amazing trip for my husband Avoid avoid avoid And I know I will receive a reply saying Sorry and please book in the future I WONT

We were there with Viking Cruises. Our room was ready at 12 noon as we were tired from traveling. Lovely hotel, smelled so nice, front desk ladies dressed alike with a pretty strand of pearls. So many nice touches. Best included breakfast we’ve ever had. Spotless common areas, our room was very clean. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products. Huge towels. Daily housekeeping which was so nice. Very courteous front desk personnel, food servers, and housekeeping. Walking distance to most places and along Vltava. Very impressed. Will definitely recommend to others traveling in this area.

While we were there as tourists, it's obvious that this hotel knows how to cater to business travelers (and anyone with jet lag). The rooms are comfortable, and there is a bistro that is open 24 hours/day. There is a fitness center, a gift/sundry store, and multiple conference rooms. It is within walking distance of restaurants and stores.
