The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were really curtious and helpful. Good access to prague via the metro station which is in easy walking distance of the hotel. We had one meal in the restaurant the food was good and the service was excellent.

All bad!! We paid for the hotel through the website, after arrival we had to pay extra money. All the staff were very tired, without a smile, they didn't even say Hello, good morning... The breakfast was good, but we hadn't finished yet and they were already taking our plates.. Very unpleasant experience.

An interesting hotel that was straight out of the soviet era. Things are OK, but there is a feeling that this hotel was built to a standard specification trying a little harder than expected. The room was a little small for three people but was comfortable for what we were there for, It is an out of the way location so choose your tramsport carfully

Whilst hotel was satisfactory, I was disgusted that the Hotel charged me 499CzK (£18) for overnight parking on their car park at the side of the hotel. There is zero mention on this throughout booking or even check in. Anywhere else this would be included. I have now left feeling angry and ripped off.

I was here with my husband and kids; it was truly an enjoyable holiday. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-furnished. The hotel even left some lovely gifts for our children, including paintings and sweets. Although we encountered a parking issue during check-in, we had to wait for quite some time. Thanks to the hotel's duty manager, Pedro, who came to our rescue and resolved the problem. Without his assistance, we might have been waiting for an additional hour. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

Very friendly personnel, nice breakfast, and close to the metro. We had asked for separate beds in all double rooms but most of them had two single beds that were pushed together with one single sheet! This was not okay as we were colleagues sharing rooms. Two of my colleagues asked for a new room and were shown to a room that smelled like people had been smoking there. But the third time was a charm. And the rooms were fine when not considering the bed arrangement. Overall, we were happy with the stay.
