Hotel's Favourite
Loved every minute of our four night stay at this luxury boutique, musically themed, hotel just slightly off the beaten path but a short walk to almost everything. Charles Bridge is just an 8 to 10 minute walk away; plus a tram stop is nearby.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed our breakfasts every morning and I especially loved our 4 pm complimentary tea time complete with snacks. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional — including Marketta and Denise.
I highly recommend Aria to future guests and hope to return again some day soon.

My husband and I stayed at Aria from Dec 19th - Dec 23rd and we had the most incredible experience. This hotel has figured out everything that travelers need and want in a hotel and they execute these tasks to perfection. The lobby and downstairs gathering area are elegant, welcoming and were decorated beautifully for the holidays. The check in process (thanks to Tanya) was completely stress free, very professional, quick and fluid (which was so crucial after nearly a whole day of traveling), and we were so impressed right away with the staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about the accomodations. We were lucky enough to be in the Smetana suite, and every single detail was exquisite! The architecture, the windows, the antiques, the well-appointed kitchen, the fabulous bathroom, and the roomy closet are more fabulous than I could possibly describe. They have an extremely high quality and easy to use stereo setups in the rooms and you can easily play your music from your devices or music from their selection (along with tv/movies, of course) and I loved how this detail went hand in hand with the musical theme of the hotel. It was such a treat that we enjoyed immensely. We loved exploring Prague and the neighborhood that Aria is in but we adored coming back to the suite to relax or prepare for the next activity. It was so hard to leave! The breakfast at Aria is exceptional and has everything you could possibly want all prepared and ready, and we were thrilled to start each day with this treat. We also had an extremely delicious and wonderfully festive and fancy dinner at their restaurant Coda, and it was as perfect as all the other aspects of Aria. Treat yourself to dinner and you will not regret it! The workout facilities are well equipped and I enjoyed trying to work off the calories I consumed at breakfast. Finally, I have to mention the staff. Aria is superb in every way and I have no doubt that it is because of the thought put into all the hotel's details and the people who keep the wheels turning each and every day, whatever their role may be. Everyone we talked to or came in contact with was nothing short of wonderful and professional. Henry the Concierge, Tanya at the front desk, Dusan at Coda, and Jiri the general manager represent just a few of the exceptionally talented and experienced people who made our stay so splendid. They are the absolute best at what they do and they are so gracious and willing to help! Thank you to everyone at Aria for the exquisite experience! We will be back someday!

It was our first time visiting Prague. Although we arrived late night, the receptionist was quite helpful and gave us warm welcome. He recommended us to visit the private outside garden(the staff advised that this is usually closed during winter sadly) which was beautiful! One of the staff, Martin, showed us the room, explained the concept and gave us some helpful information about things to do in Prague. The breakfast was included in our rate and we enjoyed a selection of breads, meats, cereals and condiments.
The hotel is located a 3-5 minutes walk away from the famous Charles Bridge, which was a magnificent sight!
Highlight of the stay was definitely the staff, as they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
Would definitely recommend!!

Hotel Aria Prague is off the beaten track but with access to Charles Bridge and the castle area. It has private access to a beautiful garden that is a lovely spot in which to just sit and chill. Our room was nicely sized and comfortable. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower and was well-stocked with Moulton Brown toiletries. The hotel’s best attribute, however, is the staff. The servers in the restaurant were attentive and happy to provide “to go” coffee to take into the garden. The front desk staff helped me with Czech language lessons, worked hard to get us last minute dinner reservations. and even mailed the swim suit I left in the shower back to me. We highly recommend this hotel.

We came here after staying at Pod Vezi just a 10 minute walk away. The place is spectacular. There are wonderful pieces of artwork throughout the hotel - the lounge and breakfast dining area; side nooks like the library and business center, in the hallways where the rooms are, just everywhere. The staff were fantastic - giving me some pointers on my beginner's Czech, recommendations for restaurants, extra amenities in the room, just first class service. Couldn't have been happier.
There is a happy hour with small snacks and wine, as well as hot tea and coffee, which was a nice way to wind down after a day of touring the city.
They arranged a car for our very early AM trip to the airport as well, sad as we were to leave. Highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed at the Aria Hotel on our recent visit to Prague. It's in a central location on the west side of the river, very close to the Charles Bridge and walkable to all the main sites in the city. The property is lovely, including a beautiful garden and rooftop terrace in the back, with a music theme throughout, and our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom had Molton Brown products. The staff were warm and professional, assisting us with any requests. We also enjoyed using the fitness room's up-to-date equipment and facilities. We were very pleased with our stay at the Aria and would highly recommend it for your trip to Prague!

+1
Honestly is a 3.5 star for the room but 5 star for the concierge.
The room itself is average for the price we paid and we were not impress by the bathroom at all
The hotel location is prefect and the free access to Vrbt garden is a plus. Short walk to the Charlie bridge . Our biggest complaint is lack of room service . Hotel doesn’t offer after hour room service and when we try to use the tablet to order food, we find it difficult to access. The tablet is not user friendly and only has hotel website tgat don’t do much. The breakfast is very limited and doesn’t changed much the menu. The service was supar. We didn’t know we can order ala carte until the last day. Not to mention didn’t ask us if we want coffee or tea the 2nd nor 3rd night , When we ask for tea, the waitress pointed to the pot said is self service .. wow this suppose to be 5 star hotel?
Our best experience was with this gentleman that was so sweet and friendly from day one we met him, he help us arrange our vehicle , gave us idea on tour and place to visit. He is actually the highlight of our stay. We wish the rest of the team can learn from him.
Overall is a average hotel for us, there is prob other better choices nearby …

For music lovers especially, the Aria Hotel Prague is THE place to stay in Prague. The rooms are superb and the service is over-the-top excellent. Dining in the CODA restaurant was a true pleasure as was the live piano music in the lounge. The breakfasts they serve, which are included, are amazing. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Prague. Plus the location is perfect. From our junior suite overlooking the gardens you could see the U.S. Flag atop the U.S. Embassy. Just a short walk to the romantic Charles Bridge. Can't wait to return!

Just wanted to let everyone know, the ARIA Hotel is handling there support of their clients beautifully during this time. We are unsure of our travel plans currently and I reached out for options. They have been responsive, supportive and are giving us options that make the process less stressful and amazing. I haven't stepped foot in the hotel and know that if we are blessed enough to travel, it will be nothing short of amazing. The true measure of a hotel's service and quality is how they react in times of fear and uncertainty. Thank you to the staff at the ARIA for making all of this less complicated and I truly hope that we will be able to visit your hotel and lovely city later this summer. Much thanks for being compassionate. I will assure you other hotels on our itinerary have taken a much less client-friendly approach and I will ensure to let all travelers know.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms SO beautiful and comfortable. Location is about 20 minutes (walking) from main Old Town Square which we found perfect because it was quieter but still many great restaurants close. Gardens look like they are out of a fairytale. Michelin Star restaurant as well with roof-top views! HIGHLY recommend!!

London, United Kingdom130 contributions33 helpful votesI just read that the junior suites dont have tea and coffee making facilities. Is that correct? It seems a rather basic requirement of a room
We are currently working on some improvements and Junior Suites will be equipped with tea & coffee making facilities in the coming months.
Yes, it is accessible by taxi and no, it’s not on a hill. No steps up to reception and there’s an elevator right at reception. One of the people I was traveling with had a knee issue which seriously affected his mobility and he was fine getting in and out of the hotel and accessing his room and the breakfast and public rooms.
