What a wonderful hotel! Our favorite of our European trip. Better than the Ritz in Vienna and the Kempinski in Budapest. Staff and concierge were so helpful. We had a very nice driver pick us up at the airport. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely. Loved the location across the bridge from Old Town. Highly recommend!

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel used to be the governors mansion which was converted to apartments during communist era, and then converted to a hotel recently. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are spacious and modern. The service is impeccable, always looking to please. You may think you are in Ritz Carlton. Location is great and quiet, far from hustle and bustle of tourist area yet only a 5-10 minute walk to everything. Can’t say enough about the gardens. A work of art with great views of the city. The hotel has many original art work from Chagall, Dali and others. Very impressive. You must try the rooftop restaurant with great views of the city and excellent food. We will definitely come back and stay longer this time. Till then. John D.

Response from Jan Korta, General Manager at Aria Hotel Prague
Responded 22 Aug 2022
Dear John D, thank you very much for your extensive and very positive review ! We do very much appreciate your comments about the room condition and design - all rooms & suites have been completely and extensively renovated in the beginning of 2018 and hand picked designer furniture and custom made furnishings were installed as well as Italian fabrics for curtains and black outs. We are also very proud of our SAFFRON Beds - premium quality beds that were also installed into all guest rooms during renovations. Vrtba Garden is a true gem ( open April - October ) , rooftop Terrace offers breathtaking views and culinary highlights. CODA Restaurant and Winter garden feature a very extensive Art collection and creates a truly extraordinary ambiance. We truly hope to be able to welcome you back to Aria Hotel Prague next time for more than 4 days - please do feel free to reach out to me directly for future reservation arrangements. Sincerely Jan Korta

My sister and I spent 2 nights (September 23 and 24) at the Aria Hotel. We had such a fantastic time there. Our room # 306 was fantastic and the beds very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully helpful in making suggestions and helping us navigate Prague. In addition, the restaurant on the terrace had a stunning evening view of the city and the food was spectacular! Can’t wait to go back again!

I arrived late at night. I traveled alone, so safety was essential to me. The front desk greeted me, my luggage was taken care of, and I finally got to my room and literally passed out. Standard hotel procedure, not a big deal. In the morning, I opened the shades, and the view took my breath away! The gorgeous view of the garden made me feel like a princess for the next six days. The restaurant’s food and service was terrific! 5 starts. But the biggest surprise was when I lost my Gucci $850 glasses(because of the lenses), and the hotel staff found them and returned them to me promptly. From the minute I arrived to the day of my departure, I felt safe, taken care of, and very spoiled at Aria. Next year, I will travel with my son during Christmas, and I will stay at Aria (hopefully in the same room) again!

The lovely Aria Hotel was the highlight of our visit to one of Europe's most beautiful cities. Spacious and comfortable room, well-appointed bathroom and the staff saw to our every need. Henry our Concierge was fabulous, arranging tour and dinner reservations locally. Dinner at Coda and a visit to the Vtrba Garden are not to be missed!

It's true....this hotel is an absolute gem! I'm happy to report that the positive reviews were accurate. My husband and I were celebrating an Anniversary and they gave us a suite on the Mozart floor with a view of the adjacent Italian-style Baroque gardens - soooo beautiful! I couldn't get enough of it. I wish I didn't have to leave the hotel to tour the other sights! :) Location is relatively convenient too...a short hike to the Prague Castle. Cross the Charles Bridge, walk for a bit and you'll be in Old Town Square. A special thank you to Patrick at Receptions who took very good care of us when we checked in and Michael (?) who was helpful with our luggage and other matters. STAY HERE with your special someone! You'll be delighted!

I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. A super modern and well appointed hotel close to the Charles Bridge and the old city center. I chose this hotel because of the pictures of the magnificent gardens that are part of the hotel. Based om that, I expected old world charm. If that is what you are looking for, keep looking. The Aria is chic and modern. It is called The Aria because it is a musically themed luxury boutique hotel. Each beautifully appointed room is named for a different musician or music genre from Baroque to modern. The artwork throughout the hotel is eclectic and most enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant affords an amazing 360 degree view of the city. The food offered by the Coda restaurants, specializing in traditional Czech dishes, was superb. The Winter Garden Atrium was an ideal place to wind down with drinks and snacks after a long day of sightseeing. In the middle of the lounge sits a world class Bösendorfer grand piano that my musician son got to play. But above all, the gardens are a must see. You feel as if you are in a different world as you walk through and make the climb to the top. There are many nooks and crannies to discover in this hotel such as the spa and movie theater. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. We hope to return to this reasonably priced gem in the not too distant future.

Hotel is ideally located for family with kids and is walkable distance from old town, castle and other excursion. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is awesome. They are autistic friendly staff. All breakfast , concierge , reception staff were so good. The bathroom products are high quality, I would recommend this hotel on luxurious category. Hotel back garden is like heaven and I think UNESCO heritage site, the views from the garden are breath taking. Highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly is a 3.5 star for the room but 5 star for the concierge. The room itself is average for the price we paid and we were not impress by the bathroom at all The hotel location is prefect and the free access to Vrbt garden is a plus. Short walk to the Charlie bridge . Our biggest complaint is lack of room service . Hotel doesn’t offer after hour room service and when we try to use the tablet to order food, we find it difficult to access. The tablet is not user friendly and only has hotel website tgat don’t do much. The breakfast is very limited and doesn’t changed much the menu. The service was supar. We didn’t know we can order ala carte until the last day. Not to mention didn’t ask us if we want coffee or tea the 2nd nor 3rd night , When we ask for tea, the waitress pointed to the pot said is self service .. wow this suppose to be 5 star hotel? Our best experience was with this gentleman that was so sweet and friendly from day one we met him, he help us arrange our vehicle , gave us idea on tour and place to visit. He is actually the highlight of our stay. We wish the rest of the team can learn from him. Overall is a average hotel for us, there is prob other better choices nearby …

Dear 601avis, thank you so very much for your fantastic review and we are truly happy you enjoyed our hospitality ! Location of the hotel indeed can not be better - right in the heart of Mala Strana just steps from Charles bridge. We truly believe to be able to welcome you back to Aria anytime soon Sincerely Jan
