We stayed here for three nights during the Christmas Markets and found it an excellent place to stay. After a long day of travel we had dinner in the hotel for the first night and were pleasantly surprised. I had the best duck of my life and I am a big duck fan. The rooms were well-appointed and the art...

I've been travelling for a while and Prague is always on my Top list destinations. I'm a huge fan of Library Hotel Collection and staying at Aria Hotel in Prague is like getting pampered with one of the seven wonders of the world. This music inspired hotel is home for 51 guestrooms each of them themed by a music genre....

I nearly went to Aria hotel because all other places were fully booked for the new year. And it should have been my hotel of choice. It is now. Service was impeccable. Concierge booked me concert and restaurant and all was as requested. I stayed in the Smetana suite and it was great. And last but not least I had...

We loved Hotel Aria from start to finish. Wonderful reception staff, great concierge - Ivana - & very comfortable room (313) overlooking the heritage garden. The location, in Mala Strana, is fantastic, a stones throw from Charles Bridge with Old Town & famous astrological clock, the Jewish Quarter & New Town with landmark Wenceslas Square across the river. Directly above...

This hotel is only two blocks from the Charles bridge and many...

Aria is wonderfully located just below Prague Castle and convenient to the Old Town Square as well as great public transportation. Although the City is a great walking experience, very old world. The Hotel staff could not be more accommodating and the facility is state of the art and pristine. The food at the Coda restaurant is superb.

Aria hotel is special. It is dedicated to music and art. Take time to enjoy the huge collection of records in the hotel cinema ... Each room is dedicated to one musician, but you can find thousands of them in the library.

By far the Best Hotel we have ever stayed in Europe. Very comfortable room with music options, a great staff ready to address any questions and a marvelous breakfast. We had dinner in the Coda Restaurant one evening and opted for the Czech offering and enjoyed every bite.

Our stay in Aria Hotel was unforgettable. Hotel has a great location with 2 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge. Music in the rooms (we stayed in the Mozart Suite) with a great winter garden view, a delicious cake with a nice hand written card. We felt home and definitely will stay again in our next visit.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
