Ideal for families looking for a bigger room with kitchen in close proximity to Old Town and restaurants (got upgraded to a larger room on 1st floor). Very friendly staff assisting with the kids stroller and giving good tips for restaurants in the area and helping with reservations.
Breakfast also has a lot of variety.

We stayed in room 601 which has a spacious rooftop terrace with a view of all of the city.
The apartment has 3 separate rooms and can sleep comfortably 6 although they also provide a pull out bed if you want to use the living room.
With 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and kitchen facilities, you can easily spend a week or more here.
The location is really well suited as it’s around a 10 minute walk to most attractions, restaurants and bars. But there are plenty of small shops close by for drinks and snacks.
Breakfast is included and is available up until 10:30am. You have cold buffet or freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Each morning we got fresh gluten free bread and muffins and there were plenty of seats and tables.
We really enjoyed talking to the lad on reception who’s english was extremely good - lucky considering we don’t speak Russian. He was full of facts and information about attractions and history.

We had a very nice time in Prague. This is a good hotel at a perfect location close to the old town. Nice service, good rooms, classic hotel, good breakfast. Parking was in a nearby garage and quite expensive (73 euro's) but i was happy i was able to park my car, because that is almost impossible in this part of town.

The staff here are incredibly attentive and and go above and beyond to cater for your needs. The breakfast was fantastic, I had pancakes and waffles every morning! There’s also a hot breakfast option (bacon, eggs, etc)
Rooms were very spacious, the staff were so kind to upgrade us and give us a balcony too!
Location is more than perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the river vlatava, and across the road from trams that go throughout the city.

I have never felt so welcomed in my life - an absolute must for when I return to Prague!
Book now, you will not be disappointed.

I have travelled to Prague on many occasions for business and I cannot recall a more pleasant stay. At a certain point in long term stay situations Hotels just don't measure up to a residence / suite where you can relax with a night (s) in to dine and have a quasi home feel. The staff at every level was exceptional; courteous, helpful, professional and went out of their way to accommodate. I thought I might be giving up a business center but found that they were always willing to print documents, pdf etc. Breakfast was a rare treat, the reception staff could not be more engaging and cleaning staff respectful of times when I was on conference calls. I have travelled to Prague on more than half dozen business stays and cannot recall a better experience. I will be back without a doubt and lest I forget pricing very reasonable!

We stayed here early December on a TUI package and chose this accomodation as it appeared to be near markets and the main tourist areas.

We arrived just after midday and were kept waiting in reception for ages before we were dealt with. We were told we could not check in until check in time. No apology. We were literally dead on our feet having been awake since 3:30am. However our luggage was stored and we went and found a coffee shop.

We got a suite, which was basically furnished but had everything we needed to cook a basic meal or bring in a takeaway. Bed was very comfortable. Bedroom was on small side and a challenge to walk round the bed. Shower/bathroom clean. The shower cubicle was tiny. I am 5ft 2in and size 14 and kept knocking the water lever which wss frustrating.

Housekeeping came in daily, however all they did was empty the bin and wipe the sink down. Didn't make the bed or replenish the tea/coffee. Also no milk was provided for tea/coffee. We bought milk from the shop. I mentioned this on checking out and they said I should of asked. You should not have to ask for basic things in a room. Its part of a guest experience.

Location was very good. We could walk to wherever we wanted. There were some good restaurants close by and mini supermarkets.

Breakfast was adequate with a good variety and kept us going most of the day.

We would come back if we were in Prague.

When I originally entered the hotel room it left a great impression with a large kitchen/living space, a bedroom and small bathroom. There were also towels and slippers left on the bed for each guest. However the impression quickly changed. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together, but seemingly with no brace and so moved during the night. The towels were ripped and frayed at the edges. There was no shampoo or shower gel for the shower. But that wasn't the worst of it. In the middle of the first night of my stay I woke to noises IN THE APARTMENT. The hotel had given another couple keys to my room and they'd obviously let themselves in. I had to ask them many times to leave before they did. My partner and I then went down to reception to see what was going on. We told a blonde lady receptionist what had happened and she said that she had given the other couple the keys to the wrong room in error. She said this WHILE LAUGHING. I said it's scary being woken to people in your room and that our safe doesn't even work and she just laughingly said she knew as something similar happened her before. She just said the hotel was fully booked so it wouldn't happen again. We returned to our room to find our keys no longer worked and had to go back to reception again. She then said the system must have deactivated them and she had to give us new ones and reactivate the door lock herself. As we had paid upfront we felt there was nothing we could do but stay. It was incredibly hard to get back to sleep in case someone came in and I was nervous afterwards leaving belongings in the room when the safe wouldn't work and there was a chance some strangers could access our room again by accident. The customer care was truly abysmal and I felt as though we didn't matter. On our last evening in the hotel there was a dog barking in a room a floor below us non-stop from about 9pm throughout the night. We left our bags with the hotel on our final morning when checking out and returned for them about 2 hours later. They were stored in an unlocked office that anyone in the main area could access. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Dear sl2015454, thank you for choosing us for your recent stay in Prague and your positive impression regarding the large size of the apartment and kitchen. We do apologise if the towels were not in best condition, we regularly buy new ones and invest high amounts in laundry. We will make training again to make sure our Housekeeping is providing only towels in best condition. We always provide shampoo & shower gel in ecological packaging. If this was not the case it is very easy to communicate with our reception which is 24 hours and they are always ready to help. I asked my colleague Iuliia to explain the situation and she informed me that she issued wrong keys. It was simply human mistake. She honestly apologise for that and told me that she apologise you several times and she was very nervous, certainly not having fun from situation. I understand it was not pleasant feeling and not comfortable . It can happen in any hotel even when all procedures respected. Our hotel is restricted for public access for non hotel residents and maintain high security standards and procedures. I believe we are really safe hotel also because 24 hours service and access only via reception. I do not know about similar case in previous 11 year since I am General Manager. If there is anything we can do to restore your experience please do not hesitate to contact me directly: director@hotelsuitehomeprague.com We are family hotel and honestly care about satisfaction of all our guests. We definitely prefer direct communication when at the property as it is the best way to solve any situation. Easiest way to make it right immediatelly. Thank you and best regards, Martina Lazarova, GM

We stayed at this hotel from March 29 to March 31. We all really liked it, friendly staff, comfortable comfortable rooms. It was very clean. The hotel is very atomosphere, located in a historical building, with a very convenient location in terms of walking distance to the main attractions. Breakfast is of very high quality. I recommend for trips with family.

Huge 2 room suite. Nice King bed and plenty of storage in Master suite, but no additional chairs. The other huge room had a refrigerator, stove, and all kinds of cooking utensils, but we only used the frig. They had a lot of older but sturdy furniture, table,4 chairs, sleeper sofa, rollaway, and a TV in this room. They had an excellent free breakfast. There was a fantastic Czech restaurant about 200ft away and very friendly and reasonable. Great location! Public transportation was nearby and excellent.

I never actually pulled out the bed but we did notice that there was a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. I believe that it looked full size. Also we were able to adjust the temperature in the living/dining room with no problem - there was a separate air conditioner unit positioned over the door of the dining room to control that area. We had no problem with temperature overall. I would agree with the other comment that says it can sleep 6. I would also say that the staff was extremely receptive to my many many emails about the area, amenities, and more. They must have sent me a dozen emails before it was all over. So if you need something, just ask them about it and they'll see what they can do. Also I politely offer my differing opinion to the person who thought the property was cheap. It seemed older - as does everything in a very historic part of town. I thought the furniture was just fine and really enjoyed the meals. They also had a high-chair for breakfast with our toddler, which was really helpful. The lift is annoying - although it's also typical and even a luxury based on the area/historical nature of the buildings. It's slow and small.

Hotel will arrange transportation for you. Might be free, depending on how many nights you stay. If there's a cost, it shouldn't cost more than 20-25 pounds.
